The Space:
You'll surely enjoy your next adventure to the Oregon Coast at this home in Lincoln City! This property boasts a beautiful location close to the beach, an outdoor patio with a gas grill and dining area, and even a private hot tub to help you relax and unwind after a day of exploring. In this quiet neighborhood of Lincoln City, you can head over to the Grace Hammond Beach Access a quarter-mile west to find long stretches of sandy beach to explore in either direction. You'll also be close to numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and sources of entertainment. Take a short drive three miles south to shop at the Lincoln City Outlets, or visit the Chinook Winds Casino less than a mile north, where you can even get in a round of golf.
Inside, this home includes a game room with a foosball table, as well as a separate studio with its own bathroom that creates an ideal setup for multiple or extended families.
Please note: The game room and the third bedroom with the second full bath are not connected to the main house and have a separate entrance through the garage. Please plan accordingly to ensure this layout fits your groupâs needs. The door to access this separate space is located on the side of the garage.
