It’s a perfect spot if you are planning on being active throughout your stay and using to just crash and burn at night. I spent two full days at the beach and three nights for sleeping and it served its purpose perfectly for me.

This is a bargain for the location. Very clean and set up nicely. Loved the decor. Sonia was excellent with communication- even though I asked questions that were clearly written in the description…lol. The parking spot was a bonus. I will definitely rent again!

The room was great, location was perfect, and easy parking. Just steps away from the broadwalk and beach. Host communicated well on how to park and access the unit. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. A

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. They also had nice beach chairs. Everything else was bare minimum but I guess you get what you pay for. Couldn't see out of any of the windows. Very little kitchen stuff--no toaster, only two plates, forks, etc. New cooling system which worked great! We forgot to return our parking pass and offered to overnight mail it so they charged us 50. That was frustrating--it was our fault but you would think they would have a back up. We did send ours back so hopefully if that happens to someone else they are better to work with you. Overall we were satisfied with our stay. Like I said, bare minimum but such a beautiful beach that we weren't there that much anyways. Host was very easy to communicate with and check-in was very easy which was very much appreciated.

Couldn’t see the beach from the room. Parking was good, vehicle not in view from room. Bed was really hard. Otherwise very satisfied.

Regarding the bed, comfort is naturally a matter of personal preference. The host was great. The apartment was super clean. The apartment has everything you need. The location was just steps from the beach. The parking pass was nice to have.

Fun Studio to stay in

Perfect studio for 2 people. Near the beach and all the shops and food/bar places. Walked everywhere, so the location is wonderful.

Loved this little place!! All the art work on the walls is so cute! So close to the beach and broad walk. It’s a great location. Very quiet area. I will be back next year.

Beautiful clean place in a awsome location.

I will DEFINITELY be back to this place. The host was wonderful and it was in a perfect location. The pool was clean and an added extra to the beautiful beach. I would recommend this to anyone.
