Mini split ac, takfläkt, fantastiskt skrivbord för din varvskiva & mycket bekväm stol, väggmonterat drop-leaf bord och stolar för matsal, GRATIS WiFi & kabel-TV, strandstolar / paraply tillhandahålls.
Ligger bokstavligen 80 steg till den vackra Hollywoodstranden och bredden. Det finns en stor pool uppvärmd-Uppvärmd under vintermånaderna, GRATIS PARKERINGSRUM in i lägenhetskomplexet, tvättstuga, däck. Bekvämligheten med din hemresa hemifrån allt ingår i en smart och avkopplande layout. Jag kallar det kärleksfullt ... min pärla vid det vackra havet.
Vår ateljé är väldigt mysig och dekorerad med uppmärksamhet på detaljer samt för att ge alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Du har ett sovande och vardagsrum i ett. Pentryet finns i ett separat utrymme liksom badrummet. Utmärkt användning av utrymme, mycket förvaring. Släpp blad & stolar för matsal, bra skrivbord med mycket bekväm stol. Handdukar, sängkläder. bestick, servis tillhandahålls. Det har också solstolar och parasoller.
Lägenheten ligger på första våningen, inför en innergård, av en mycket trevlig, välskött, pittoresk byggnad. Du har tillgång till den uppvärmda poolen, däck, tvättstuga och parkeringsplats. Men bäst av allt är du en 30 sekunders promenad bort till det vackraste havsvatten jag någonsin har sett och dess förtjusande strandpromenad.
Hollywood Beach är verkligen en vintage Florida strandstad. Du transporteras till en annan plats och tid med arkitekturen i dess byggnader så mycket snyggt bevarade! Det är verkligen en dold pärla ... omfamnad av den vita sandstranden, vattenfärgade havsvatten ... en välsignelse. Den 2 mil långa promenaden är bland de högst rankade strandpromenaderna i USA.

Great stay. Clean. Check in process smooth.Location a block off the beach. Beach chairs/umbrella a great plus! Very small, but was expected and was not in the place but just to sleep. Dedicated parking spot was great. Great boardwalk to stroll and get drinks/meals. Just a great place to relax and enjoy the beach. Would definitely return.

Small, but great location!

Busy eclectic decor, clean, quite small. Couldn't ask for a better location! Careful if you have allergies, the host has tons of air fresheners... as soon as we put those outside, the air was breathable and it was a great stay!

Great location

The location is great. It’s only 2 minutes walk to the beach, the place has beach umbrellas and chairs which made our stay at the beach better! The place is cozy and the bed is comfortable, we did not stay at the place too much since we were out all the time, but is perfect for a short and long stay! We had some issues understanding the location of the place but we found it quick. The host is great and flexible with check in/ out times. I’d definitely stay here again!

This was such a cute little place. Sonia is very creative and did a great job decorating. My only disappointment was that the pool wasn’t heated but that’s by no fault of hers. I would stay here again.

Perfect Little Stay

Great property! Had everything we needed and was literally half a block from the beach. Loved that it was on the north side of Hollywood Beach. Close enough to walk to where all the activity is, but far enough away from it to relax and unwind. The beach area is a lot quieter also on that side. Bed was really comfortable. Absolutely no issues and would definitely stay again!

Construction in process

The apartment was nice with all amenities and close to beach. . However, the bed was not comfortable and there was construction going on every morning at 8 a.m. right outside our window. Once construction is finished and with an upgraded mattress, this will be a perfect vacation getaway.

Short but great stay!

My husband and I booked this condo for our lazy beach honeymoon in March 2020. We only got to stay 2 days due to the pandemic and concerns that domestic flights were going to get landed. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. We honestly didn’t need a lot of space since the plan was to mostly spend time in the beach. We have rebooked this spot for a honeymoon 2.0 for next year in our two year anniversary. The owner was answered all of our questions and was very helpful through the whole booking process. The condo itself was clean and was in a perfect location for what we wanted.

Cozy studio steps from the beach

We are south Florida regulars and have stayed and numerous quarters during our visits, and this little gem was a pleasent surprise. If you are familiar with the area, it is steps from the beach and at the quiet north end of the broadwalk. You can walk to the park to the north, or down to the south end for all the nightlife. The condo is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. While the interior is "cozy" it's very comfortable and plenty of room for two. We needed nothing and enjoyed every minute of the stay. Combined with the friendly responsiveness of the owner, I would definitely stay here again. (I've certainly paid more for worse lol)

As described

This unit was exactly as described and met my needs perfectly. I had no issues during my stay. The check in info was provided prior to my arrival, the unit was clean & well equipped. I sat outside, reading my book, and socialized with others -- some perm residents and other vacationers like myself. Everyone was very friendly. The location is great, it's with in walking distance but is a on the quiet end of the broadwalk - so you aren't disturbed with beach nightlife. I would stay in this unit again. Perfect apartment in the middle of a construction site

We didn't stay due to the building being renovated. The owner was kind enough to cancel and refund our stay when we contacted her. The apartment itself is exactly as described, small but cozy and the location is perfect for beach access. But we didn't want to spend our short vacation listening to drilling and hammering. Pool wasn't available either and parking spot had a construction van blocking the access. Evidently the owner had been informed that only painting is still going on. Had we known about this in advance, we would have done other plans. Once the construction is finished, I wouldn't hesitate to book it again. I just think we should have been informed what to expect.
