Great time and awesome resort!

Best vacation we have had. Amazing views, newly remodeled with brand new furniture!

This was our first time to stay at Edgewater and this unit had everything we could ask for. Amazing views, huge pool, comfortable beds. They just remodeled and it looks amazing inside. The owners were very responsive to anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Family Trip

Wonderful stay

The pre arrival communication was very helpful. The place upon arrival was clean and beautiful. The pictures were spot on. The view was spectacular. The resort was clean. ( every morning, the pool and grounds were being cleaned and prepared for a new day).

Perfect getaway

This condo and location was perfect for our family getaway. The condo was beauty and had everything we needed. We had no concerns or needs the entire week. Jeremy is an amazing host and easy to book with and quickly responsive to emails. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo.

Great location! Great View!

This was a fantastic place to stay. If you're looking for a condo in a high rise place, you can't go wrong with this one. We were on a high floor with a great view of the beautiful beach and ocean. The condo is in great condition and very comfortable. The amenities at the resort are great, and the location is not far from some great things to do and places to eat. Highly recommended!

Very nice beach condo in PCB

This is a nice property that has stunning views of the Gulf. We appreciated working with the owner, Jeremy, as he is extremely helpful and responsive. The condo has some nice modern updates with new flooring and decor. The owner is clearly putting time and effort into the renovations.

Highly recommend this unit!

This unit was everything and more! VERY clean!! The view was amazing. The unit had everything you needed for thr beach and pool so you didn't have to buy it or travel with it. I'd absolutely rent this unit again!

Edgewater Condo

The condo was just as the online listing and reviews said. Jeremy was a great host. With the bedrooms being in the back it got very loud especially with the motorcycles and other loud vehicles. The ocean waves would have better.

Great Property

The condo is very nice and we loved the location in Tower 1. The layout and furnishings are so nice, so glad we picked this condo. The pictures don't lie. I was initially anxious w the 11th floor condo location (with only 2 elevators), but we never waited very long, even on check in day. Tower 1 is so close to the main pool, cabanas, and restaurant - we so enjoyed our trip! We traveled for a baseball tournament and our condo by far was the nicest one out of our team!

Edgewater Resort at Panama City Beach

This condo is very spacious. The living space has lots of light and views of the pool and beach. Beds were comfortable. This condo has one of the best equipped kitchens with quality items, including decent knives, of any rental I have stayed in. The washer and dryer are a great convenience. We did have one issue while we were there and the owner Jeremy responded immediately and remedied the situation. I would recommend this rental.

Great Condo! Beautiful view!

We had a great stay. Condo was very nice and clean. Beds were comfy. Had everything we needed for our stay. The property was well maintained. The condo has a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. Pool is very nice. There is a restaurant on site. We ate there a couple of times and both times the food and service were good. There's a store on site for drinks, ice cream, Starbucks. A pizza place is on site. Decent pizza. Overall a great place. We definitely recommend staying there. Owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had. We will be back!

We will definitely be back!

I thought the condo looked pretty in the pictures but the pictures don't do it justice. This condo is beautiful and fully stocked. They even supplied dishwasher and laundry detergent to get you started. There are fun board games to use and a closet full of chairs, umbrellas and floats. I brought all of these things and I'm excited to not have to drag them with me next time if we rent this condo. The property is awesome. I've actually been going to Edgewater since I was 6 when it first opened. The pool and amenities can't be beat. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

The Edgewater Resort is a little paradise!

This resort is wonderful - the pool is gorgeous and the view at any time of day is a postcard waiting to be printed. The facility is clean and the elevators are quick (we have stayed in other condos where we waited ten minutes for an elevator every time we wanted to go to our room). It is close to many great restaurants (Saltwater Grill is a MUST do!) and any type of shopping without hitting the main drag traffic. Parking spots were always easy to locate and the resort felt very safe with the entrances and exit gates monitored at all times. We were blessed with a week of sunshine and exceptionally blue, clear, ocean water! The beach was very clean as well! I do wish that the beach chairs, gym facilities, etc. that are in the resort were included in the price of the weekly rate as to add those things upon arrival in addition to the condo cost gets pretty pricey. It would also be great to have grills on the property to use. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that our unit owner is new here in June of 2018, and there are a few kinks that still need to be worked out that would've made our stay perfect. I'm certain that by the time the next crew arrives, everything will be magnificent. I strongly recommend this place!

Owner was great and condo had everything we could have needed. Appreciate the updated decor. Kids enjoyed the games! Edgewater was great being in such close proximity to the beach. Kids loved the pool. Great fall break vacation!

Wonderful stay for our family!

We had a great time staying here for a month with our three young children. Edgewater is a great location - the pool and restaurant are wonderful, and the other amenities on-site make it easy and convenient to be there. The unit itself has a great set-up for short or long stays. There were sufficient linens, kitchen tools, and living and dining room seating. We REALLY loved and appreciated the fully stocked closet of beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, and inflatables. Overall, this was a truly lovely place to stay!

Edgewater is a full service resort with restaurants, Starbucks, spa, gym, golf course, tennis, and much more. The pools are great (Tower 2 and 3 pools are heated from mid October to mid April), and the Lagoon Pool is one of the largest pools in Panama City Beach with palm trees, tropical plants, and a water fall.
