Best Vrbo House Ever!

My friends and I stayed at this wonderful property for my birthday celebration. We had a wonderful time. This is the best supplied Vrbo house I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. Korrie is a perfect host and her house is amazing. Great for a family with kids in that there are 2 separate fun areas for kids and grownups! We played ping pong and put puzzles together. The first floor bedroom is perfect for those who don't love stairs. I rate this house as 5/5 stars! Thank you Korrie for such a great time!

More than perfect!

WOW! We loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this property!! Such a beautiful, thoughtfully decorated home with tons of space and everything we needed for a perfect stay. The kitchen was super well stocked, the bathrooms had yummy scented Vineyard bath products for use, and everything was spotless. We really enjoyed the screened in porch every morning for a cup of tea and every night wrapped in blankets while listening to the night sounds in the private backyard. The house was very close for daytime exploring or dinner out in Edgartown, while also being a short drive (or bike ride) to the beach. Korrie, the owner, was amazing. So thoughtful and communicative. Perfect house, perfect host, and more than perfect trip! Hope we can visit again sometime ❤️

Beautiful Home

We loved everything about this lovely home which was well appointed with everything we could possibly need. The decor was beautiful and everything was fresh and clean. Location is perfect as well. We will be back, hopefully without a nor’easter!!

Great in every way

The house was perfect. Everything was clean and cozy, uncluttered, in fine working condition, and loaded with everything you could possibly need - towels, paper products, and the most well-equipped kitchen. Sometimes, when you come to a VRBO, you feel like everything of any use and value is locked and hidden away. Here, it felt like we were trusted to just have access to their stuff. Two terrific well-kept bikes, a great ping pong table, so many games. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway!

Can’t say enough great things about this property and its owner. From the minute we booked, Korrie was extremely responsive and helpful. And her home is beautifully maintained/has everything you would need for a perfect getaway! It’s spacious, clean, comfortable and in a great location near downtown and beaches. We can’t wait to return! :)

A Special Spot

We have been renting on the Vineyard for over 15 summers and this was a top experience. The owners passion for the property shows through from with the presentation of the home and in the communication before and during the stay. Every little detail looked after allowing you to truly enjoy Martha’s Vineyard. Looking forward to coming back again for years to come!

Absolutely wonderful

The property was just so great. I can’t say enough about it. It is the type of place that you feel like you are still away even when you are in the house. The downstairs was great for the teens. The communication with the property owner was amazing, just an overall amazing property and experience on the Vineyard.

Edgartown Gem

Spent a week at this lovely property. It was peaceful and quiet, while still being walking distance to Edgartown for the 4th of July parade. We really enjoyed the finished basement, which stayed nice & cool, as well as the screened in porch. Even got to feed the birds while we were there, as the owners leave birdseed for use. Great stay!!

Great House and Great Location

Our family had a great stay here! The house is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all you need for your time here from cooking supplies to beach supplies. The screened in porch too was great to have this time of year also. Korrie is a great host and is very responsive. She is very thoughtful and there are books for all ages even children. She provides all the information you need and it was great having suggestions in the welcome book too. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Love this cozy house!

We were 3 adults and the house had ample room for 3 or 4 others. Everything was very clean and neat. Bedroom linens were so nice- my daughter wanted to replicate in her apartment. Living room was freshly decorated with a very comfy couch. Kitchen worked out great and had all the kitchen supplies and cookware we needed. (Its nice to have foil and plastic wrap available). We cooked half the meals here. The weather on this Jan week was rainy so we did not get to enjoy the deck or screened in porch but that would have been another plus. The location was perfect for us- easy access to bike paths leading to town. An easy walk to town. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to this cozy house. And the owner was a pleasure!

An enjoyable stay in Edgartown

A quiet , clean home in a cute area outside the hustle and bustle. The hose was very attentive. She reached out to check on us with a up coming storm. We appreciated her welcome binder with brochures addresses and phone numbers of area attractions and businesses. Our stay on Martha’s Vineyard was awesome!!

Well-equipped house in great condition

This was house is in good condition and was well-equipped with everything we could have wanted. Host was very communicative and answered the one question we had immediately. The basement is outfitted with games for rainy days. Location is a small neighborhood about 1 mile from the center of Edgartown, sidewalks available for most but not all of the walk.

Lovely stay

This is our third time staying here and it keeps getting better! The house is the perfect size, great location and Korrie is a pleasure to work with. She even offered assistance when we had a ferry issue! Will definitely be returning.

Best of the Best

We have been visitors to MV for 25 years. We've rented various houses all in Edgartown or Katama. 1 Dunham's Path is unanimously voted our favorite house. Location, yard, and quality of household items was outstanding. We honestly could not have asked for anything more. We also had 6 perfect beach days which made it a 10+ vacation. Thank you, Korrie and already making notes for 2024!

Vineyard Trip

A wonderful property in a great location! Fully stocked with chairs, bikes, boogie boards, etc. Air conditioning throughout, and a spacious basement with ping pong, Wii, and plenty of board games. Easily accommodated our party of 7.

Martha’s Vineyard holds a special place in our hearts. My husband grew up spending summers on the island while his father, a professional pianist, played at The Navigator in Edgartown and other local venues. Shortly after my husband and I met, he introduced me to the island and I got to experience its magic firsthand. We continued to go back every chance we could. In 2018, after several years of looking, we found the house that had everything we hoped for. It’s become a retreat where we’ve made so many memories filled with laughter and joy and we love being able to share it with others. Our goal is for our guests to love the house and the island as much as we do!

We love the location of our house. It’s conveniently located within walking and biking distances to so many of our favorite places. For instance, we enjoy starting each day with a 1-mile walk westward to Morning Glory Farm for delicious food from their farmstand or food truck (biking and driving are also great options). Or, head 1-mile east and you’ll arrive on Main Street and the surrounding streets in downtown Edgartown where you’ll find boutiques, galleries, restaurants, cafes, ice cream and candy shops. In addition, you’ll see charming historic architecture and can take in stunning views of Edgartown Harbor, the Edgartown Lighthouse and Chappaquiddick. South Beach, one of the island’s most popular beaches, is just a 3-mile bike ride or car ride to the south.
