Welcome to The Griffin House Main Level, a charming almost oceanfront retreat in beautiful Pine Knoll Shores. This spacious main level 3-bedroom, 1 full bath, and 1 half bath home is thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and privacy.
The Main Floor features an open and airy great room with living, dining, and kitchen areas, perfect for gathering and relaxing. Youâll also find two bedrooms, a bonus room, a Jack-and-Jill full bath, and an additional half bath on this level. The wrap-around deck provides plenty of space for soaking up the sun or enjoying a picnic outdoors, all while taking in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean views from every south-facing room.
Step outside and youâll find public beach access directly across the street, making it easy to spend your days with your toes in the sand and your evenings relaxing to the sound of the waves.
Located in Pine Knoll Shores, youâll be close to all that the Crystal Coast has to offer â from the NC Aquarium to the coastal towns of Emerald Isle, Swansboro, and Beaufort, all rich in charm and maritime history.

It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.
