Beautiful Home

This is the second year we have enjoyed Tanya's home. It is a large, beautiful home that would easily accommodate 2 families. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. It is a very nice, comfortable home with a garage!!! The hot tub overlooking the river is a plus after a long day skiing. It is in a quiet neighborhood but very convenient to Beaver Creek/Avon (stores & restaurants) and only about 10 minutes to Vail! Tanya is a very thoughtful and wonderful host!!

Amazing home!! Great location!!

We recently stayed at Tanya's home. It is an amazing property!! It was just 2 of us, but this would be a perfect house for a couple of families. There is a full kitchen/living are on the main floor as well as the lower level. Bedrooms downstairs & upstairs would give everyone privacy. Garage, hot tub, right on the river.....it's just perfect! Very quiet neighborhood. Not too far from Vail but very convenient to all that Avon has to offer (restaurants, stores, etc)Tanya was an outstanding host! She e-mailed us lots of tips for operations of things in the home before we arrived and was quickly available for the few questions we did have. Five stars to Tanya as well as the house!!

Tanya was fantastic as was the property.

Our expectations were high and were exceeded. The space was perfect for our group. We wish we could have stayed longer than a month. Tanya was a great host. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner, made sure we had everything we needed and kept the place professionally cleaned. The excellent location perfectly met our diverse interests. Everyone in our party felt the same way. It was sad to leave because it felt like home. Thanks Tanya!

Great place right on the river

This well appointed house over looking the Eagle river was the launch point for multiple powder-filled days at Vail and Beaver. After ski hot tubing, grilling on one of the many decks and the views of the mountains and rivers are just a few of things that I look forward to returning to.

Great house, great location

Although our stay was brief, we really enjoyed everything about this house. It has everything you need. Open floodplain on the main level which is great for entertaining or just relaxing. Lots of bedrooms, most wth own bath. Location on the River was beautiful. Great if you love to fish. Would be great any time of year. We had lots of fun in Edwards. Small town very close with lots of shops and restaurants. Of course, you are also close to Beaver Creek and Vail.

We will be back

Wow, what a great place! The view from the deck is worth the price of admission. Location is just off the beaten path yet close to everything. Beautiful house and nicely furnished. Love the hot tub right on the river! We had a mini family reunion in this house last spring with my sister. Everyone had a ball. Big enough to easily accommodate both families (with room for more). Very nicely equipped with just about everything you could need. The fireplace and big screen were welcome after a big day on the slopes. With two family rooms the kids can get out of the adults way. Location is very close (less than a mile) to Beaver Creek. Even closer to Wal-mart and restaurants. We will certainly be staying here again

Wonderful Mountain Retreat

We had a girl's weekend at this wonderful home. The view of the river and the mountains is beautiful. The home is cozy and very comfortable. TV and internet. The open kitchen is great for entertaining or just chatting while making meals. Lots of bedrooms with very comfortable beds and lots of bathrooms. The spa is outside and great with a glass of wine - year round! We found the location convenient for activities and restaurants. We will be coming back! The house can sleep 12 comfortably. Great for large families or lots of friends!

Chris and Tanya fell in love with Vail Valley many years ago. Chris' favorite fishing hole is on the Eagle river so has been driving up from Denver for more than 20 years. They have one human daughter who is grown and lives Nashville and 2 furry sons that love their hikes and snowshoeing treks in the mountains

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The moment my husband walked into the great room of this property he wanted to buy it! The view of the mountains and the river can not be beat. We love the river sound at night as we are drifting off to sleep

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love to be able to take a short walk to Montana's for breakfast burritos, or to Fiesta Jalisco's for Margarita's and Mexican food. The Westin Spa and Simply Massage are just a few steps farther. We can go for many days without needing to get into our car.
