Detta är en sann timmerstuga med trägolv, not och spont väggar och tak. Cabin är en tre sovrum ranch plan med enorma "A" frame mitten med massor av glas och fantastisk utsikt från insidan. Sovrummet har en king size-säng med sten dusch för två i badrum. Master har också en stor platt-TV monterad på väggen. De andra två sovrummen har queen size-sängar och dela ett badrum. Alla rum har lyxiga sängkläder.
Den mellersta har ett kök, matplats, äta i ö, separat tvättstuga med tvättmaskin / torktumlare, öppen spis och wrap runt veranda. Den stora rum har skyhöga takhöjden med många fönster, nya skinnmöbler, en queen size bäddsoffa, gas log öppen spis och HD platt-TV med en DVD-bibliotek. Köket har rostfria vitvaror och är välutrustade med de flesta allt du behöver för att förbereda en gourmetmåltid. Matsalen har en stor skräddarsydd stockbord att njuta av dina måltider med hela familjen.

Utanför är en privat eldstaden med sittplatser där du kan grilla marshmellows och göra somores. Massor av täckt trädäck där du kan slappna av och blicka över bergen eller läsa en bok.

Weekend trip

We had a great time in this wonderful cabin. The place was clean and all the necessities were provided. We loved the large porch and beautiful view, and all of us (4) said we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect cabin getaway

We booked this as a friend group of three for a white water rafting trip. We wanted a beautiful cabin with a beautiful mountain view, a hot tub and close proximity to downtown Bryson city. And it hit all of our requirements and plus more. I really like the way they decorated the cabin. It felt simple and professional rather than something a grandma would pick out. We all enjoyed how spacious and relaxing the rocking chairs with the view were. We are all missing that view and talking about coming back and rebooking for another time.Thank you for a nice experience.

Perfect Cabin!

Wonderful stay for our trip to the Polar Express. Beautiful and cozy, very detailed directions to get to the cabin. We loved that it was one level and the views were amazing as well as the porch. Highly recommend!

Cozy Black Bear Lodge

Very nice property with covered porches, warm and cozy fireplace, roomy, open floor plan, good parking, comfy beds for excellent night’s sleep.Excellent location for activities in the area. Recommend brighter lighting in all house lights/lamps. Stair light out on steps which is a trip hazard.

Great get away but close to town

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a great getaway with great views but close enough to downtown Bryson City to enjoy a quick trip into town. Great hiking in the area as well.

Breath of fresh air

Lovely cabin with everything we could need, and then some. It was easy to get back into town for dining, and to Cherokee for sightseeing. The road up to the could be daunting at first, and I wouldn't want to go up after dark for the first time, but we had no issue in daytime.The view from the front porch rocking chairs is worth the trip in itself. There is lots of space for a family to be comfortable here, enjoying the amenities and privacy.

Mountain Getaway

Black Bear Lodge was a perfect home base for a visit to the Smoky Mountains. We were able to easily access the park as well as downtown to enjoy the Railway, shops, and restaurants. The view from the porch is fabulous!

Beautiful Mountain Cabin!

This cabin was just exactly what we were looking for! It has an incredible view of the mountains and has everything you need to relax and unwind. From the rocking chairs on the front patio overlooking the gorgeous views, to the spacious living room, the hot tub and the fire pit, this place was perfect. We definitely recommend and would return for another stay!

Great Thanksgiving Stay

Cabin was great and matched listing exactly. Great view of the mountains from the porch. Wonderful place for a family thanksgiving. Located right next to Bryson City and Smokey Mountain Railroad. Would definitely stay here again.

Heaven on Earth

We needed to disappear for a few days and this was EXACTLY what we needed. You can’t beat the view and proximity to hiking. It was also close enough to town if anything was needed, but you feel just about like you’re the only people on earth at the cabin itself. Lastly, GREAT host communication.

Relaxing cabin in the woods

Very nice! We enjoyed our stay. They provided propane for the gas grill, even had firewood for the firepit. Gas fire logs inside. They provide everything you need including regular coffee pot and a pod coffee pot. Definitely recommend watching the YouTube video the owner provides to get up to the cabin because the driveway is a little tricky.
