River Bend Resort

This property is 1.5 acres of pure bliss with a location that can’t be beat! Located on the Sauk River Chain Of Lakes, you will find privacy, a quiet neighborhood, lake fun, a basketball 1/2 court & 2 fire places. It is also walking distance to bars, boutiques, Cold Spring Bakery, coffee shops & Kwik Trip! Inside, you will enjoy many updated amenities, open floor plan, master bedroom with lake walkout, downstairs bar, theater room & workout area/game room. We can’t wait for you to be our guest!

The space
As you pull in the paved driveway with plenty of parking, you will notice a basketball/pickleball court to your right, along with a fireplace.

Around the front of the 3,636 square ft house, you will have breathtaking views of the river with lots of opportunities to observe wildlife, most commonly being the beautiful bald eagle! The large deck is perfect for entertaining and is full sun in the earlier part of the day with shade in the later part of the day. The yard has plenty of room for outdoor games such as bean bags and bocce ball which are included with your stay. Off to the south side of the house, you will find raised garden beds full of fresh veggies in the summer months. Anything ripe is yours for the picking!

Now for the really fun part! . As you walk down to the beach area, you will see another fireplace, pergola with hammocks to sit and enjoy the scenery, floating dock and beach. The beach is all sand and excellent for swimming and participating in water sports. The fishing is outstanding due to the depth of the river in front of the dock. Also, if you have watercraft and want to dock it, you are welcome to use the dock and beach for tying it up. There is a boat landing just minutes down the river to the north. The Chain Of Lakes is connected to 13 other lakes that could take you days to fully cover.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house.

This includes the kitchen, living room, master bedroom walk out to deck and bathroom. Also 2 other bedrooms and a common bathroom on the main floor. Laundry room with updated washer and dryer are also available for unlimited use.

Downstairs, guests will have access to 2 more bedrooms, full bathroom, bar area which includes a refrigerator, ice maker and Pizzeria, game room and living area. Rainy day? No worries! You could be entertained all day with the game room, movies on the big screen and a wide variety of board games for all ages!

Other things to note
This is the perfect location for whatever getaway you are looking for. Private and on the waterfront but close enough to the cute town of Cold Spring. There is a biking trail to easily jump on, 2 local golf courses to enjoy, including Shady’s restaurant, which you can take by boat, Cold Spring Brewery tours, restaurants, bars (Side Bar with the outdoor tiki bar is my favorite) and coffee joints to make your stay memorable and inspire you to come back and stay again!
