The Space:

Surf 221 is designed for those who seek both elegance and relaxation. The open-concept living area seamlessly connects to a spacious terrace, with a pool, where you can soak in panoramic ocean views. The residence accommodates up to 14 guests (8 adults + children), ensuring a comfortable stay for families and groups.

One of the highlights of this property is its access to the prestigious Punta Mita Golf Membership, which grants entry to world-renowned golf courses, exclusive beach clubs, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and tennis courts. The Neighborhood:

Surf 221 is located just a short drive from one of Punta Mita’s best surf spots, the Surf Club, making it an ideal choice for surf enthusiasts of all levels. Whether you're riding the waves or simply enjoying the laid-back atmosphere, this spot is a must-visit.

Beyond surfing, you’ll have access to a selection of exclusive beach clubs, each offering a unique experience. From tranquil beachfront retreats to lively clubs with pools, fine dining, and activities, you’ll find the perfect place to unwind, all within an 8 to 25-minute drive.



Getting Around:

A 6-seater golf cart is included with your stay, making it easy to explore Punta Mita with convenience and style. The area is designed for golf cart transportation, allowing you to move effortlessly between beach clubs, restaurants, and local attractions. For longer excursions, private transportation and rental cars are also available.



Other Things to Note:

A $1,500 security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation policy:

1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Contact your Rental Specialist.

Eating is not allowed in the pool.

Do not put food in the bedrooms.

No climbing on the couches with shoes on
