Historiska Lake Russell Gallery Sanctuary - Emerald Beach

Den här historiska arkitekten designade och byggde bostaden vid sjön är en verkligt unik destination, bara några minuter norr om Coffs Harbour CBD.
Arkitekt, Doug Ranson, designade och byggde galleriet bland skyhöga gamla tillväxt eukalyper med lokala inhemska timmer, vilket skapade alla dess fantastiska, unika funktioner inklusive takhöjd på katedralen. Boendet är soltäckt, rymligt och har 2 riktigt unika sovrum. Master-sviten gör det möjligt att titta på stjärnstjärnor och nattliv i vilda liv direkt från din kudde. Vid soluppgången kan du njuta av ett kaffe på din egen privata brygga med utsikt över din egen privata sjö. Försök sedan räkna det otroliga utbudet av djurliv som omger dig. När du är vaken, gå på stranden och njut av frukosten på ett av de lokala kaféerna. Ta ett dopp och sedan ett avkopplande spa medan du tittar in i den intilliggande regnskogen. Till lunchen kanske, underhålla och ta en grill på uteserveringen med utsikt över din tropiska trädgård och den lugna sjön Russell. Du kommer att sova hela eftermiddagen! Kom på kvällen, underhållning kan inkludera de lokala restaurangerna eller en måltid tillagad i ditt helt eget, sjunkna underhållares kök. Unique place to stay

Unusual architect designed dwelling near to a lake and not far from Emerald Beach. The property had much to offer for our short stay. Heard renovations and upgrades happening, so this will make things even better.

Russell Lake Luxury

We just adored our stay. For anyone wanting to get away, this is the place for you. Very clean and comfortable. It felt quite luxurious. Really enjoyed the wander to the lake early in the morning. Do yourself a favour.

We absolutely loved the place and the area, the beds were super comfy, the provisions we’re a lovely addition too but the disappointments were, that we couldn’t get in until 4pm when check in was at 3pm, all windows were extremely dirty which was a shame as it obstructed our sky viewing, the heated towel rack didn’t work and the biggest problem was the fireplace was out of order and I specifically booked the place because it had a fire place, wished I had have known that prior. So slightly sad that I payed full price and didn’t get all the attractions advertised in photos. Thanks

Extremely thoughtful hosts

Adele's place is nice and peaceful. Feels like lives in the forest yet only 2 mins drive to the beach. Adele provided above and beyond the basics. We didn't even have to go to the shops to get eggs, milk, bread, cereals and pancakes as it was provided.

Great family overnight-stay

Great tropical accommodation

The accommodation was excellent. The only drawback was the poor communication from the manager. We didn’t get the email letting us know the access code until well after the check in time. Very frustrating and caused anxiety as we were then worried about finding alternative accommodation .

Enjoyable stay

A lovely little place that me and my partner really enjoyed staying at. The host where excellent and communicated well. The only downside is that the place looks like it is a stand alone house but it is actually attached to two other places. This didn’t phase us at the start but we stayed in the place for a while and found you could hear people walking around, closing doors and talking in the attached house at all hours of the night. Overall it was a very lovely place to stay. It was a very pretty place and well maintained. We would stay again. Thanks for having us.

Nice Area...but

Nice Area, but Accommodation needs attention to detail cleaning and maintenance. After we cleaned the spa window, air con filter and general dusting & vacuuming, we were happy to stay the week. Really shouldn't have to clean on a holiday. Can't really go by the photo's shown.

Beautiful idilic, comfortable home. Shame about the traffic noise at night.

I would recommend this amazing home set near a lovely lake. It was a wonderful experience staying in this architectural beauty and would have been perfect, except for the traffic noise. Lovely memories. Thank you Adele.

Not quite a “retreat”

Once a beautiful gallery & residence on a picturesque small lake, designed & owned by a talented architect, this property has seen its heyday pass by. Highway noise is the biggest negative.

Adele is a super host you won’t be disappointed staying here. 100% I recommend

This property is perfect for maximum of 6 people. I give five stars rating for everything except there’s only 1 toilet and shower. Although open view in the shower to the nature is a good experience, an option of a screen will be good. I strongly recommend a minimum 2 nights stay. A visit to nearby “Look At Me Now Headlands” which is 10 minutes drive should not be missed. And for a full day tour Dorrigo Rainforest Walk and Dengar Fall is a good option. Do bring extra change of clothing, a dip in the water Fall after the Rainforest walks is perfect.
