Lovely Condo

This was our third year staying in this unit. We love how spacious it is, the location, and how easy it is to communicate with Arian. The unit is kept in great condition and clean. We had one issue with the garbage disposal not working but once reporting the problem it was fixed the very next day. The gentlemen who did the repair work were efficient and polite.

Beautiful!

This condo was everything we wanted and needed for our girls trip. It’s beautifully decorated and spacious, location was perfect and communication from the owner was spot on and appreciated. The only thing I would’ve changed is the tight parking but that is such a minor detail compared to everything else this place has going for it, and one of the selling points for me was there is parking for two vehicles. We’ve already discussed plans on coming back!

Wonderful view

The condo was spacious and had a friendly "beachy" look! We liked the fully equipped kitchen and had enough of dinnerware for our entire family!! We especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with a hot cup of coffee and watching the sun rise...ahh so relaxing!! Thank you

Great 3 bedroom on the beach

Overall we were very pleased with our stay . It was clean and had great views . Make sure you bring sheets, towels, toilet paper , trash bags aka everything . The only other negative is it is advertised to sleep 11 because it has 2 sofa beds but the sofa beds are not sleep able as you feel every wire/ coil .

Home away from home

Our first impression walking through the door was exactly that. Home away from home. It's so spacious, immaculate, and welcoming. A gorgeous balcony with room for your family to gather and make memories. Beautiful bedrooms with very comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. A kitchen equipped with a pantry, appliances, space, and all you need to prepare meals. I truly cannot say enough about this condo, and the owners. The best place to come home to after a day on the beach.

Beautiful and Spacious

Check-in is so convenient and easy. Arian is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The condo appeared to have been recently painted and everything was in great condition. The mattresses are very comfortable and plenty of pillows for everyone. All of the appliances were in good working order. Balcony furniture is very comfortable. The condo is spacious which allows everyone to have some privacy even while staying together there. We loved our stay!

EVERYTHING AND SO MUCH MORE

We were so impressed with this condo. The pictures didn’t do it justice. The kitchen had everything you would ever need and more. The location was perfect. We parked the car and never needed to use it again. This is the first time I ever went through VRBO, so I wasn’t sure how smoothly it would go but I will never go through a Real Estate again. My family hopes to return next year. Thank you Arian.

Welcome home!

This is the 3rd time in 7 years my extended family stayed in Ocean Pointe Suite 202. There were 8 total this trip, including my 90 yo grandmother and disabled aunt in a wheelchair. The unit is spacious and feels like home away from home. Location is optimal. The second story unit balcony is high enough for great views of the boardwalk and beach, while being close enough to the pool for ease of access. The HOA cleaning staff (Melissa) was onsite daily and did a spectacular job keeping the outside free of trash, the pool deck clean, and was readily available to assist if necessary. Hopeful we will be fortunate to return again in the future.

Perfect all around!

This condo fit all the needs for my family and I during our stay in Ocean City! We had 2 families staying together with 4 kids total and had plenty of room to accomodate all 8 of us. The location online was off by a few blocks (its actually a few blocks further away from all the hype than what is listed) but still turned out to be perfect. Walking distance to everything. Surrounded by numerous stores, restaurants, ice cream- you name it! Having both the pool and ocean at our finger tips was a great bonus. The condo was clean and had everything we could have asked for, including lots of extra blankets and pillows and any and all kitchen necessities. With those provided, it made it much easier to only have to bring sheets, towels amd toiletries. Had a little trouble getting the lock box open upon arrival, but Arian was quick to respond with assistance and had no issues from there! Would absolutely recommend this condo and would definitely stay again.

Family trip!

We have stayed in this unit multiple times and it is absolutely gorgeous!! It was just renovated and it is even more beautiful now, which I didn’t think was possible! The location is perfect, the rooms are cozy, the beds are so comfy, it has a well stocked kitchen and the master is so spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. This is one of my favorite places we stay and I hope to be back again next year. Communication with Arian also makes this property well worth the rental! This place is truly 10/10!!

Pros and Cons

The unit was attractively decorated, had comfortable mattresses with lots of pillows available, incredibly spacious, and great location. It could have been a bit cleaner, we had to wipe food debris out the microwave and refrigerator, bathroom carpet was harboring a handful of sand, hall bathroom only had one working light bulb over sink, and dryer lint trap was full of lint with sand. Parking is tight and someone scraped the back left bumper of our vehicle leaving white paint and damage and never left note.

A Mother's Day to remember!

Reserving the property is extremely easy. We knew we wanted to stay on the boardwalk. This unit was more than we expected. The pictures gave us a wonderful idea, but when you entered the unit, we were blown away. Each room was roomy, perfectly decorated, very clean and beyond fully stocked kitchen. The balcony was large and nicely appointed with furniture. It is always a chance on the weather going in early May and we had an unexpected nor'easter come thru, so it made it even nicer to have such a wonderful unit. We would rent this unit again and recommend it to all our family and friends.

Parking

Beautiful condo and very clean. Parking on the other hand is very tight. Parking is not made for full size vehicles. Unless you have a small vehicle parking is not friendly.

PERFECT getaway!!

This was our second time staying at this amazing property for our girls weekend and we had an incredible time again! It is just so spacious, beautifully decorated and has perfect views! The location couldn’t be better. We can’t say enough how much we enjoy staying at this property and Arian makes everything so easy! We hope to return back here every year.
