Detta hus ligger på 2 ½ tunnland i sydvästra Michigan, precis bakom den nionde greenen av vad som kommer att bli den nyutvecklade Spruce Ridge golfbana. Den första tee är 40 meter från vår ytterdörr. Det finns flera sjöar inom 5-20 minuters bilresa.

Vi har paket med golf och vin som inkluderar transport.

Huset skulle vara utmärkt för flickor ungdomsfest.

Det finns verkligen inte något liknande. Huset ligger i en stuga av atmosfär. Det rymmer 30 + personer. För mindre än 15 personer, dubbelrum per sovrum.

Den har 8 sovrum (även ett annat öppet område med 4 sängar) och 6 badrum. Det har också ett fullt utrustat kök intill en stor matsal. Det finns ett stort vardagsrum och ett kortrum. Det glasomslutna 1.160 kvadratfotet. Florida Room har utsikt över inomhuspoolen på 1 200 kvm och är den perfekta samlingsplatsen för grupper. Poolrummet omfattar 3 600 kvm och inkluderar en badtunna. Nedervåningen är en 2500 kvm rekreationsområde med en våt bar och biljardbord.

En slingrande uppfart tar dig till ytterdörren.

Alla golfbanor inom 5 till 20 minuters bilresa.

A Four Winds Casino är en kort 5 mil bilresa.

Huset är en fantastisk samlingsplats för vänner för att göra det till en Notre Dame-fotbollshelg. Du är 45 mil från ND.

Höstfotbollshelger är en bra tid i huset. Vi har NFL-paket på satellit-TV.

För vintersport är Swiss Valley Ski & Snowboard bara 25 kilometer bort i Jones, MI. Det finns 3 andra skidorter inklusive Timber Ridge i Gobles, MI, inom 55 miles från orthuset.

Huset ligger i en pittoresk stad i Dowagiac, MI. När du är i stan kan du njuta av en mängd små restauranger och butiker.

Family reunion

Thete were 40 in our group age ranging from 1 to 66 yrs. Each person had a bed with a couple spares. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. The young adults and teens made use of the basement as their gaming room. We found the place to have plenty of room for everyone. We would like to make a return visit. If you want a good catering service or good food look up Soke Pork Catering at Porkys in canopollis. Great food!

Great Stay Right On The Golf Course

This place was huge!! The pool was a great addition and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Our group golfed on the course and the clubhouse was a 1 minute walk from the front door.

Family vacation

This was our second stay at this property. Kids and grandkids enjoy it Alot. Is great when weather is not good (our experience), can keep kids entertained with pool and games. Plenty of room for everyone, we had over 20. Close enough to Warren Dunes and St. Joseph for daytrips. We had no issues and a great time.

We loved the pool and the size of the house.We have stayed there 2 times and both times had to call manager for plumbing problems multiple times. They were quick to respond but only fixed the current problem. The house needs to have the plumbing totally redone. The doors need to be planed so that they don't stick. We had trouble opening the door to the bathroom in our area if we closed it all the way. Several doors in the house do this. The large room by the pool was great for our family to gather and eat and play games. The yard is great for games.

The property was overall great for family and space. The basement was very cold and had to bring heaters to hell heat it up, there was a lot of stink bugs, chlorine was so strong it burned the kids skin and gave them rashes.

OK Time

Property is quite old and hasn't been updated in years. There is a lot of space and the pool is quite large but over chlorinated. The rooms on the pool level had a strong chlorine smell. No heat in the basement except for a space heater. Kitchen is very small with only one refrigerator in the house. Bathrooms not in the best of shapes, rust on some faucets and bathtubs.

Plenty of space and great location

We stayed at the retreat house for a family vacation with 24 people including children, teens and adults. The rental is not fancy, but there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the week. This rental is HUGE! The pool/hot tub area was a big hit with everyone. The location in Dowagiac was also great. We were within a few minutes of restaurants, shops, golf courses and other activities. We did have a couple of maintenance needs during our stay, but Beth and Steve were accessible and sent help quickly. We have already booked again for next year.

Family vacation

We rented this house to have time with our kids and grandkids and my mother-in-law. When we were all there, we had 25 total and there was plenty of room for everyone! During our stay, we didn't have to make plans to go anywhere -- or have to worry about the weather -- because the pool was the entertainment! The hot tub had good jets, and it was actually hot. :) Yes, there were some odd parts to the house, but it made it interesting. The "guest house" is attached to the main house, but you have to walk outside or through the pool area to get to it. Our families with young children stayed in the main house, and we DID have enough people who could stay in the guest house. But that may be helpful for others to know. We loved the dining room on nights when there were only 13 of us. When we had more people, we put extra folding tables (that we brought) in the Florida room. There was plenty of room for us to all eat together. The owners were very easy to get ahold of, and they were very helpful. Thank you for helping us make memories!

Family Vacation

We had a couple of hiccups during our stay but the property manager was very responsive when contacted and remedied the problems very quickly. Overall we had a good stay. We had 18 people, 4 generations. The kids really enjoyed the pool and playing in the recreation room that overlooks the pool. The adults enjoyed evenings in the basement. There was plenty of room for all to spread out. We were able to all enjoy dinners together at the large dining room table. The property was close enough to enjoy a day at St. Joseph and another at Warren Dunes as well as a nice cookout on our first evening. Overall a good stay and great family time. I would recommend the property for any large gathering.

Annual staycation

The property is nice and spacious. There were plenty of beds and seating that accommodated our large group. The property manager was respectful, helpful, and prompt in his reply the our every concern and query. It was a really fun stay.

Amazing weekend at an amazing house

We stayed for a long weekend with about 13 friends. The house had everything we needed. kitchen had every utensil you could think of and the extra large coffee maker was a hit. The beds were comfortable and this place is massive and Beth and Steve have made it super easy on you as a guest to keep in clean. I would definitely go back.

There where mice throughout the house. The owner scheduled a bug exterminator for the exterior on Saturday which was halfway through our trip. It was dusty and outdated.

Great for a bachelor party

This house was built for a party. We had a large group of guys for a bachelor party, and there is plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The pool is fantastic, the grills were great for cooking up a lot of food, and there’s plenty of seating all over the place. We even played wiffleball in the backyard. The golf course that is attached to was walkable, and the people working there were great. I can’t say enough good things about this place for a large group gathering. The owners communicated well before and during the trip. I will definitely go back for similar needs.

We will be back!!!

We were looking to get a group of about 20 friends together for a ‘spring break’ staycation. Because there are not many pictures online and the pictures looked dated, we did not have the highest expectations. I can happily say that this home had well exceeded our expectations and was absolutely amazing! While the house may be dated, the pictures really didnt do it justice. The massive home allowed us to spread out whether you wanted to stay inside and play pool, play games in the glassed-in pool room, or go down and enjoy the heated Olympic sized pool and jacuzzi there was so much to do. We could have stayed for a whole week, but the two days we had, they were filled with many fun memories. The rooms were cleanly, plenty of bathrooms and beds available, and Elisabeth was extremely helpful and welcoming of our group. Everyone has already been asking when we are going back, cant wait!

Great experience for groups!

We had a group of over 30 kids from UMich come and stay for a weekend and we had an extremely enjoyable time. Kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed, pool & hottub were a hit, and the basement was perfect for our group to hang out. Rob was very responsive every time we needed anything!

Family enjoyment for all ages!!

We rented this property for our parents 65 th wedding anniversary! We created so many memories that no one will ever forget! There’s something for every age. From 10 months to 86 years young! Huge swimming pool, hot tub, tv, pool table, card tables, music in a large room big enough for my parents to dance their special dance “harbor lights “. There was enough rooms and beds for all of us! The place is very,very unique. Two refrigerators that hold enough food for all of us. It is out dated but very clean. The owner of the facility was very accommodating. He answered every question I had within a minute or two after I texted or called him! He was so easy to work with thru the whole rental process! He was a very caring person. This was a better experience than we could have imagined! I would recommend this to any families wanting to create some lasting memories!!!
