En mycket stor, ny, avancerad, modern lägenhet i trädgårdsnivå, i hjärtat av Lower Highlands, Denver centrum. Denna ljusa och luftiga lägenhet är 1 sovrum - 1 badrum. Det är perfekt för ett par, två singlar, affärsresenärer eller par och barn. Badet har en dusch med dubbla jethuvuden och bänkstol. Sovrummet har en lyxig king size-säng uppgraderad med lux bomullslakan, fast och fjäder king size-kuddar. Vardagsrummet har en massiv, djup L-formad drottning bäddsoffa, 50 ”platt-TV, gratis WIFI och premium kabel-TV. Två personer kan bokstavligen sträcka sig ut och somna i denna superkomfortabla soffa. Det är också perfekt för den ultimata filmkvällen efter en lång dag med kul i Denver. Eller båda!

Det finns ett helt renoverat pentry i Euro-stil med en 20 ”4-brännare spis / ugn, kyl / frys under skåpet och diskmaskin i full storlek. Ät upp frukostbaren för två. Fullstora matbord med plats för 4. Köket är fullt utrustat med tallrikar, bestick och alla köksredskap du behöver. En tvättstuga i full storlek ligger i lägenheten med en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i front. Enheten har också A / C som kan vara sällsynt i Denver.

Det bästa läget i Denver! Vi är gångavstånd till inte en utan två av de hetaste restaurangområdena på 32: e gatan: Highlands Square och Lohi. (google it) Minuter till alla attraktioner, centrum, Coors Field, Mile High Stadium, museer, bryggerier, LoDo, huvudstaden, Denver skate park, Sloans sjö, du kan bokstavligen korsa över bron eller hoppa på motorvägen och du ' är där.

This little apartment which is the lower unit of a house, is so cute and well appointed. It has been completely renovated recently by the looks of it. Very comfortable. Such a great location. Convenient to downtown and restaurants as well as the major highways. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable apartment

We enjoyed our stay here after being in the road for 10 days. The apartment has everything you need, including a very comfortable bed! The neighborhood is great and very walkable. Would stay again!

Absolutely perfect!! Traveled with my wife and 14 yr old son. The place was amazing and would have fit my teenage daughter as well. The place is below the owners HOWEVER we never heard anything or felt uncomfortable. Came and went during our stay and the place felt like we were the only ones staying there. We walked to breakfast and dinner multiple times. There is a park less than 100 yrds away. Runners you will be in heaven!! Market just a few miles down the road. Plenty of things within walking or Uber distance. You are a hop skip and jump from watching the Rockies or Broncos!! A short drive to Boulder and Golden. If we had another day we would have made a day trip to Estes Park and/or Pikes Peak. Parking is super easy. Owner is willing to be within reach for anything you need. We loved this place tremendously!! Book it!!!!

4th of July

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint apartment it was very clean and had all the necessary amenities we needed. It was close to all of our daily outings. Just about 3 miles to the Coors stadium to watch a baseball game and fireworks. Quiet and friendly neighborhood, very relaxing. We would definatly stay again and recommend it to others. Our host was quick to answer any questions we had, which were few due to their easy instructions at check-in.

Perfect Stay in Highlands/LoHi – Quiet, Comfortable, and Close to Everything!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming apartment in Denver’s Highlands/LoHi neighborhood! The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was ideal—tucked in a quiet, peaceful area yet just a short walk from great restaurants, shops, and downtown attractions. Thoughtful touches throughout the apartment made it feel like a true home away from home. We’d absolutely love to stay here again on our next trip to Denver!

Perfect spot for my husband & me

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed for six nights and would not hesitate to stay again! The unit was spotless and appointed with quality finishes and furnishings. And the location was excellent as there are many wonderful restaurants within a mile walking distance.

Very nice space, great location, and great host.

We stayed for five days and Dina was quite communicative, as well as efficient with instructions for our stay. I was concerned about parking, but even with additional spots taken by workers down the street, there was still plenty of spots for my son's Ram Promaster and my Subaru. The basement apartment was neat, comfortable, and cozy. All the essentials were made available and there were plenty of shopping opportunities to gather anything one might need. The kitchen was quite suitable as we ate there two of the five days. I would recommend this place to any friends or family and expect to stay here again if available. Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Great Denver Neighborhood

Very comfortable apartment for our stay. Quiet neighborhood and close to where we go in Denver. Easy parking right in front. Amenities in the apartment were what we needed. Excellent coffee machine for morning coffee!

Great little haven in LoHi!

Stayed here for nearly a week as we were visiting our family in Arvada and Lakewood. Perfect spot for a couple who want a central location with great access to things in many directions. Spacious, cutely decorated, all the amenities you need. Quiet, quaint street with walkability to restaurants and a nearby park which seemed very safe. Loved the architecture in the neighborhood. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Nice walk to LoHi neighborhood

We walked down to where restaurants and bars were. We went to a concert at the Holiday theater that we walked about 5-7 min. to. We felt central to many other destinations, easy to get to them. It was a quick drive after the Rockies game, maybe 10 min.

It was my mom’s Celebration of Life and we were able to find an affordable yet very nice place that was easy up get to for some family members. Clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable.

Comfortable stay

The bed & living room sofa were very comfortable (lower level apartment so could hear a bit of the upstairs but did not affect our stay). The location was convenient for our purposes. The manager was very communicative, reachable, and accommodating.

My Husband and I dreamed about moving to Lower Highlands for years and in October of 2013, we finally found the perfect property. We are thrilled to move into one of the most exciting neighborhoods in Denver. Highlands is vibrant with local shops, breweries, restaurants and bars. It is right across the freeway from downtown and accessible by the pedestrian bridge. Easy access to the freeways and all Denver has to offer.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I have been keeping my eye on properties in Lower Highlands for 2 years. Homes in Highlands Denver come in many types, old (1950's), really old (Victorian), New Build, etc. We looked at over 32 houses in the area. When we saw this house, we knew it was the one. 1st it was my favorite types - old, 1950's...a Mid Century Modern Ranch. Or better know as a "Mid Mod". This house was gutted down to the studs, with high end modern finishes, but keeping the mid century modern feel.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This property came with a rare garden level apartment suite with 3/4 windows, completely remodeled kitchenette, bath with dual head shower...it's just gorgeous!. It's bright and sunny with lots of room! It has it's own front door and is completely separate from the rest of the house. Being experienced VRBO owners and property managers, we saw the potential of renting this apartment to guests.
