Föreställ dig själv i detta vackra, nya för 2014 havsstrand hem. Forever Summer är ett specialbyggt 5 sovrum, 6. 5 badrumspärlor som är professionellt inredda och möblerade för maximal njutning. Vi har försökt hårt att tänka på allt du behöver för att göra din nästa semester till ditt bästa. Detta hem har handikapptillgänglighet genom att inkludera en ADA-godkänd dusch i ett av sovrummen. Forever Summer har också en extra stor pool med badrum i närheten, vedpanel hiss, mycket stort kök, extra stort ytterdäck, toppmodern elektronik och bäst av allt ... enkel åtkomst till stranden. Forever Summer har hickorygolv på tredje våningen i denna omvända planlösning med vackra kakel på familjerum på andra våningen och plyschmatta i vart och ett av sovrummen. Njut av fantastisk havsutsikt från framdäck och fridfullt träskydd och utsikt över kusten och solnedgångar bakifrån. Det vackra köket designades med stora sammankomster i åtanke med anpassade skåp, granitbänkskivor, rostfria apparater och allt nytt köksredskap och utrustning. Två diskmaskiner håller alla rätter rena och ett dryckskylskåp och en separat ismaskin hjälper till att hålla alla dina drycker svala på varma sommardagar. Obegränsat varmt vatten är alltid tillgängligt samtidigt för alla sex duschar (5 inuti, 1 utanför) från två Rinnai-tankar mindre, på begäran gas varmvattenberedare. Och det finns inga nycklar att dela eftersom det finns en nyckel mindre post som kommer att ändras för att rymma varje ny gäst.

Outstanding house! Outstanding hosts! House is clean and well kept.Incredible view from the huge front deck. Well equipped kitchen. Ice machine was a huge plus. Great pool. Elevator and ADA bathroom were essential for our family. Dave and Amy are awesome hosts.

Great holiday vacation!

Great house for our family of 10! Love the large top deck and easy walk to beach. Very clean! Everything was in working order, and lots of room for us to gather together. Highly recommend!

Incredible Stay

Property was everything we hope for, convenient to beach, more than enough room for our family. The owner Dave’s communications were off the charts and when we had a couple very small issues, he had someone there right way to solve the problem. I highly recommend staying here, I know we will be back.

Family Beach Vacation

Our Family Beach Vacation was so much fun. Our family consisted of myself (I'm Memaw), my three daughters, one son in law and my six granddaughters ranging in age from 5 - 13. This custom home was the perfect setting. It was beautifully appointed. The 12 person dining table was a treat so we could all have our meals together. They thought of everything, including an ice machine and wine refrigerator in the wet bar/coffee bar, which also included a Cuisinart traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. The beach was just a short walk making it simple to come and go throughout the day. The older grands loved the ocean and the the littles couldn't get enough of the pool. It's a great size and has a shower and a bathroom poolside. Having coffee with my family on the front porch with a view of the ocean was so relaxing. There is a small home in front on the ocean side, so your view is not obstructed. We also had a once in a lifetime experience witnessing a sea turtle building her next one night while we were searching for crabs. It was amazing. David was very wonderful to work with and the personalized entry is perfect, so there were no glitches when we arrived. I would highly recommend this property.

Best Family Vacation

We absolutely loved this vacation. The house was amazing, great open space for gathering as a family, the elevator worked great and the space accomodated our family member in a wheelchair, quick walk to the beach, easy communication with Dave. I hope we can come back here again!

Terrific House at OIB!!!!

We had a lovely stay at this 5-star property. The house was clean, well equipped, ready on time and had terrific oceanfront views from a very spacious front porch. We are planning our return next year.

We left with great memories having spent our first fam vacation at OIB. The home was well appointed and comfortable in every way. The location is terrific and any issues were quickly attended to. We would definitely return for stay at Forever Summer!

Great stay in OIB!

Floor plan worked well for our family of 10. Master on top floor with kitchen and living areas was ideal for the grandparents. Easy walk to the beach. Would stay again.

wonderful space for a retreat

This was a perfect spot for a business retreat!! We enjoyed the large porches and the other accommodations. We had plenty of room to spread out. The handy man, Russ was great when we needed to set up the tv for streaming. Wonderful stay!

Great house with close proximity to access

Great set up for our extended family. Room for everyone and a great flow to the layout. Super close to the public access, so just a short walk to the beach. We had the perfect view of the fireworks on the 4th too!

GREAT vacation home!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at FOREVER SUMMER! The house was great, the weather was great, the beach was great --- we will definitely look into booking another stay at this home when we return to Ocean Isle Beach. The house was exactly as the pictures showed. We would recommend this rental home to everyone.

Get Away Weekend with Friends

Great place to stay for watching basketball tournament and catching up with old friends. Kitchen and amenities have everything you would ever need to cook a gourmet meal. Front porch has excellent views, sun and relaxing furniture.

Fantastic location

The house was fantastic. We had a very large group and were able to accommodate everyone - from the bedrooms to the dishes and flatware. Access to the beach was easy and the view was fantastic. Dave was fantastic as well. Highly suggest this property.

First time on east side of island.

This was our first stay on the east side of the island. Loved the house. It was beautifully furnished with plenty of room for our family of 14. The grandkids especially enjoyed the larger pool. Thanks for another memorable vacation!

Great for family!

Beautiful house, furnished very tastefully for family relaxing. Everything you need, owners very helpful with what you need to bring. Thanksgiving weekend had a variety of weather, so we had some indoor time, which was delightful. So close to the beach, with great ocean views. We were blessed with a wonderful time in a great place!

Great beach house for family vacation

Perfect house for four generations to gather for a beach vacation. Elevator and ADA accessible bath more than met the needs of our 89-year-old mother. Wonderful kitchen and plenty of seating on porch and around pool. The house was very clean, exceptionally well maintained and well supplied.

Forever Summer

Wonderful vacation stay! Pool was perfect size. House living area was big enough for our large group. Location to beach was just a short walk to the public access. Nice views and sounds of the ocean from the third floor deck and nice views of the intercostal area from the back decks.

We had a wonderful family vacation! An initial issue with cleaning was quickly addressed when we spoke with the owners. The amenities were perfect for our entire family and the pool was an added bonus for the kids- big and small:)

Relaxing and Memorable Thanksgiving Stay!

Forever Summer was the perfect beach house for a family Thanksgiving gathering. The house was spacious with all the kitchen essentials to prepare the perfect Thanksgiving dinner. The house was immaculate with all high end finishes. Dave was very helpful in getting the pool heated for our kids to enjoy in November. I would highly recommend Forever Summer for any seasonal vacation.
