Our family purchased this home nine years ago. We have five beautiful children who have loved growing up in this amazing valley. We love when we have house guests because they all say they want to move here, or how lucky we were to get to raise our family in such a beautiful valley. We have a walking trail behind our house that leads to the golf course. At night we go walking on the course. We love leaving our windows open in nice weather and the Fall to sleep listening to the creek. We ride our bikes right out our garage onto the mountain and pick up trails. Mountain biking is one of our family's favorite things, especially in the Fall. Our kids are avid snowboarders because of living so close to Powder Mountain. Our youngest son snowboards so much that he took 2nd place in Nationals last year in Colorado. The Valley Market grocery store is 5 minutes away. I do most of my shopping there. Costco is 30 min away, where I do the rest. We have a handful of great places to eat within 5 min from the house. We are the closest rental home to the mouth of Powder Mountain canyon. If you don't like driving up the mountain on snowy day, you can catch a shuttle at the golf course clubhouse. It's convenient and reliable. Our family couldn't love skiing at Pow Mow more. We spend several days a week on the mountain in the winter. The snow is so much better than any resort we have ever skiied. Because they have so much skiable area, you can find powder for days after a storm. We love the backcountry skiing that you can hike to, the amazing terrain off of Lightning Ridge and the throwback shuttle bus up from Powder Country. All-in-all, Pow Mow reminds us of why we fell in love with skiing and riding when we were young. It has the 70's vibe and authenticity plus the best snow in 12 counties!!!

This house is in an amazing location. It sits at the base of Powder Mountain. It is the closest rental house to the canyon. It also sits on Wolf Creek. Its is steps away from the golf course. There is a trail behind the house that takes you to the golf course. It is one hour from SL airport. It is 30 minutes from Ogden-Hinkey Airport. The home has beautiful valley and mountain views. You can see Snowbasin and Nordic Valley Ski resort off the back covered deck. You can see James Peak up at Powder Mountain off the front patio.

The home has a lot of fun features including a walk out basement with a large open air hot tub. You can sit in the hot tub and enjoy the views of Basin and Nordic. It has a very private feel to it. The back covered deck is a great place to BBQ, eat lunch, stare at the beautiful stars. The night sky at this house is so clear, you would think you were up in the High Unitas. The home has a large theater room with 9 large recliners and a large Love Sac. It has a blower, furnace controlled fire place in the basement to make it cozy warm after skiing. The large kitchen opens up to the family room to make this a fun party style atmosphere. It has a large island that makes it the hang out for all to enjoy during meals and snacks.
