The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2015 and is modernly furnished. The domicile is also popular due to the view of the sea from the property. Available for shared use: sun lounger, garden shower, terrace, and garden furniture. These can be used for free for 2 hours a day.

Dramalj. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Access is via a (asphalted) road. Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house.
