House in the village centre of Cala d'Or and in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping facilities. Villa Marga has a private pool, nice garden and a large terrace with summer kitchen.
Villa Marga is ideal if you prefer to be independent from car hire. Beach, shopping facilities and restaurants are in easy walking distance (approximately 5 to 10 minutes) and there is a tram connecting the individual areas of Cala d'Or. The holiday resort itself is family friendly, offers 7 beaches and a vast variety of leisure activities. The Vall d'Or golf course, the picturesque village of Porto Colom and the beach Cala MondragĂł are only a short drive away.
The distances within Cala d'Or are walking distances. Due to the one-way road system within the village these can vary by car.
The distribution of Villa Marga is as follows:
The ground floor offers an ample living room, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen with access to the large porch and summer kitchen as well as 3 bedrooms. There are two double rooms, one with twin beds. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom en-suite. The other bedrooms are sharing one full bathroom and one bathroom with a shower.
The 4th bedroom is on the first floor and offers a bathroom en-suite as well as a private terrace.
All bedroom are fitted with air-conditioning. Air conditioning operating hours: 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Villa Marga has a private pool and a nice, well-kept garden. The large summer kitchen is next to the porch. Sun loungers are available. There is one outdoor shower next to the pool and another one on the roof terrace. The roof terrace is furnished with a day bed and there is a ping-pong table available in the garden.
Children are welcome, four cots and a four high chairs are available free on request
