Varför stanna i Lahaina eller Kihei när du kan semester i ett fantastiskt bostadsrätt på Mauis soliga sydkust. Denna Grand Champions Villas luftkonditionerade villa ligger i det lummiga resortområdet Wailea, och ligger på den sjunde fairwayen i Wailea Blue Golf Course med delvis havsutsikt. Detta vackra ett sovrum / två bad fritidshus som har blivit helt ombyggda och är den perfekta get-away.

Grand Champions ligger nära topprankade stränder, världsklass golf, många fina restauranger, Wailea Tennis Club och The Shops at Wailea som innehåller många high-end butiker och en helt ny mataffär.

Komplexet innehåller två nyrenoverade pooler samt två jacuzzi. Gasgrillar finns tillgängliga vid poolen för grillning.

Vår enhet är en våningshus i en våningshus. Den innehåller en rymlig 908 kvadratmeter inre utrymme som är ljus och luftig och nära 200 kvadratmeter avkopplingsutrymme på Lanai.

Njut av frukost, lunch eller middag på Lanai medan du njuter av den fantastiska utsikten. Du kommer att njuta av att titta på golfare och lyssna på de inhemska fåglarna när du njuter av din frukost!

Ett ombyggt kök med alla nya rostfria vitvaror, ombyggd gäst och master badrum med vackra sten / kakel duschar och badkar och mysiga inredning inklusive en drottning utdragbar säng har just blivit tillsatt.

Det finns en 27 tums kabelkabel-tv i vardagsrummet med en DVD-spelare och massor av filmer att titta på. Det finns också en mindre tv-apparat i sovrummet.

Det finns en luftkonditionering enhet i vardagsrummet och en annan luftkonditionering enhet i sovrummet, samt takfläktar för din komfort.

Om du vill ta med din bärbara dator är höghastighets fiberoptisk internetåtkomst tillgänglig och gratis.

Frontlastning, tvättmaskiner med hög effektivitet finns också i en garderob på lanai.

Great location. Well appointed.

It was the perfect location. I was attending a conference at the Wailea Beach Resort and did not want to pay the exorbitant prices.This property is a gem. It’s a very spacious one bedroom with 2 full baths.

Amazing Location

The property is close to shopping, restaurants, the beach and all the fun things to do down south. Great communication with owner. The place has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. There are 2 heated pools which I miss but they are very nice. We are already planning on coming back next year! Mahalo!

Maui Trip

We had a beautiful 10 day vacation in Maui close to family that lives there as well. This condo was beautiful, spacious and so clean. Hope to stay here again on another visit, the property manager is very communicative and dependable. Thank you so much.

Wonderful place to stay!

This condo was just what we needed for our week on Maui. Very clean, well stocked with everything we needed and very clean. Great location too! Easy walk or drive to the beach, shopping and more. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful unit!

We always stay at Grand Champions when visiting Maui and have to say this is one of the best units we’ve stayed in! The golf course view is beautiful, it’s well supplied, comfortable bed and couches, and we’re looking forward to staying in this unit on our next visit!

Great end unit in a nice complex!

Clean, comfortable unit in a great location. Great beaches in walking distance plus all the shops across the street in the Shops at Wailea shopping mall. Definitely recommend!!

Home Away From Home!

Perfectly located! Close to Beaches, easy access to Wailea shopping and Piilani Hwy for Sightseeing the Island. Accomodations were clean, tastefully decorated and included all the little extras to make your vacation a great getaway! Can not wait to visit Paradise again!

Gorgeous and spacious

We couldn’t imagine a more perfect location to spend our anniversary. It was within walking distance of golf, dining, beaches and shopping. I’ve already suggested this place to our daughter for her honeymoon - that’s how much we liked it.

Homey Hawaiian Condo!

This condo is equipped with everything needed to make you feel at home. We particularly enjoy the view from the lanai and the pools! Grand Champions is centrally located to beaches, golfing, shopping and great restaurants along with other activities!

Great location, comfortable condo

Loved the location and the condo but very hard to put up with the squealing plumbing at 6am every morning. I would definitely stay here again if they could solve this issue.

Maui Condo

The unit was very comfortable and very clean when we arrived. Although the complex was busy with many people staying there it was still quiet. We met many nice people around the pool. We rented a car but beaches were within walking distance as were places to dine if one didn't have a car. We would rent this unit again.

Wonderful stay!

This was our 4th time at Wailea Grand Champions. We loved the location of this condo. Spectacular views over the golf course, sea and beautiful sunsets. The big tree in front of the Lanai gives shade during the afternoons and a lovely atmosphere at night. The condo was spotless. Beautiful master bathroom, updated, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable sofas for reading in the afternoon breeze. Being on the ground floor the condo stays cool without needing the AC. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely try to book this condo again next time. Mahalo to the owners!

5 stars in many ways

First, the golf course view is breath taking. Second, the condo has very comfortable furniture that is of superior quality to that in other condos and hotels we've stayed in. Third, the condo is well stocked with everything from beach chairs/ umbrella/cooler to kitchen necessities like gadgets, coffee and storage containers. Fourth, the condo was as pictured and advertised on VRBO. Fifth, the condo was very clean when we checked in. Sixth, the owner was easy to communicate with. All positives in short.

Location! Location! Location! - Excellent condo

The condo was more spacious than I envisioned it based on the pictures. We had an amazing vacation mostly because we were so comfortable in this unit. The view is wonderful, and the sunsets are beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked: there was nothing that we needed and did not have. We used the small pull out bed for the kids and they loved it. The corner sofa was still there to watch TV and relax. The pools and the surrounding areas are well maintained and clean. We would definitely like to go back, and I will recommend it to all my friends who are interested to go to Maui.

Great 1st Floor Unit, with Everything you need

We have stayed at three other Grand Champion condos, and this one was the best-stocked, neatest, and well-supplied. Everything was stocked/provided, including beach chairs, pod laundry detergent, grilling utensils, iron and beach towels. The couches were super comfortable and well-maintained. (no wear). Great view from first-floor condo, noting not quite as expansive as the second floor, but all the same a very good view and quiet. The tvs where fine, but all truth we never even turned them on :) The Owners provide great directions as well as local restaurants and activities. We were very pleased with the unit and would return again.

Relaxing Condo overlooking Second Hole on Wailea Blue Course Fairway

Renovated, well positioned unit at Grand Champions. Shout out to housekeeping for cleanliness. High quality artwork with a Tommy Bahama decor. High end Brown Jordan patio furniture. Wi-fi provided along with device charger with multi-stations. Comfortable Bahama beach chairs. Foil, plastic wrap, paper towels, and ziplock storage bags provided. Abundant hangers. Beautiful tree next to lanai spotlighted at night. Two sitting areas in living room. Ceiling fans and A/C wall units.

Perfect Views and Clean

Check in was simple. Once we arrived it felt like home, great sunlight, clean, and fresh. If there was an issue with cleanness the housekeeper left her number and would come by if needed, in our case nothing was needed. The overall layout was perfect for my wife and I, extremely roomy and honestly if you had 4 people it still had tons of space. We loved the balcony overlooking the golf course, perfect for our morning coffee and late cocktails. The property was very quiet and great for a nice walk no matter when. The bed, beach towels, chairs, umbrella and everything in the condo was perfect, no issues. The location is in walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants if you don't have a car. We would recommend this location and we look forward to returning in the future... 10 out of 10!

My husband and I are native Californians, but we love to travel. While on vacation in 2013, we stayed at a friend's condo in the Grand Champions Villas and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. So much so, that when this unit came onto the market we knew we wanted to buy it! Now we would like to share it with you when we are not here enjoying everything Maui!

Located in the luxurious Wailea Resort area and close to the slopes of Haleakala, our vacation home is a perfect get-away. Polo and Ulua Beaches are minutes away, as are several fabulous restaurants and bars. For those who love to shop, The Shops at Wailea has something for everyone! We hope you enjoy our home away from home!

The Grand Champions Villas are close to everything you want to see and experience and yet are wonderfully secluded, quiet and relaxing. Additionally this condo is very spacious compared to other one bedroom condos and hotels. You will feel like you have come to your home away from home!
