The stay didn't pan out exactly how we had planned given the weather impact, however our host, Peter, was extremely communicative and transparent throughout our entire stay. I would love to go back again. Great location, property and host!

Condo was clean and ready for check in earlier than anticipated which worked out well with our arrival time. Short walk (around 5 minutes) to the beach and great proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. Make sure you bring extra toilet paper/paper towels for longer stay, as management provides a “starter pack” of items. Would definitely choose this condo again!!

We had an overall positive stay and really enjoyed the convenient location, with the condo being just across the street from the beach. The kitchen was also very well organized and had everything arranged nicely. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. There was a noticeable smell in the room when we first entered, and the bathroom sink was clogged. We also found quite a bit of hair in the bathroom shower tub and sink, and the overall cleanliness could have been better. With some attention to these details, this could be a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We appreciate the stay and hope these comments are helpful for future guests.

Condo was beautiful and clean. The a/c worked great, kitchen was stocked well, but it was all stainless steel cookware, so there was Brillo pads in the cabinet to clean the pans. The queen bed was comfortable. It has fantastic condo beach access right across the street (easy walk). You can rent an umbrella and two chairs for 60 per day. There was no ice chest, so we had to buy a cheap styrofoam one for the beach. It is close to a Publix grocery store and if you drive a little further, there is a neighborhood Walmart for groceries. We flew into PCB, so we rented a car for the 5 days that we were there. We loved the condo.

Only one roll of toilet paper is provided and one beach chair. Be prepared to do laundry for clean towels if staying more than a couple of days. Location was great. Pool was well maintained. It was a nice quiet place to stay.

Guests receive a starter kit of kitchen and bath supplies, but please bring your own or purchase them locally. This is a private residence, not a hotel. We do not provide beach chairs, but sometimes guests will leave theirs behind. We don't have a washer/dryer, but there is a laundry facility (quarters or app) at the community center. We're glad you had an otherwise enjoyable stay!

I will be coming back for another stay! Not for a family for a couple and a kid it was perfect! And only a block from the beach without paying oceanfront prices. Loved our vaca at 30A

The unit was clean and great place to stay for easy beach access . We would stay again but thought it had a slight musty air scent and one neighbor was loud at times during our stay. It’s a great location and the management company seemed readily available if there was a need . Good overall experience.

Great stay for the money. Cute and clean condo. Steps to beach. 2 minute drive into Seaside and 30 minute walk. Full kitchen was great and equipped for cooking. Parking was easy onsite.

Very clean. Beach access was much closer than I thought it would be. Walkable to great restaurants and convenience store. Loved having a sound player to listen to my favorite jazz radio station! Well stocked kitchen!

My wife and I stayed here as an extended 4th of July weekend, and it could not have been better. From checking-in to checking-out, and everything in between, our stay was easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend, and we plan to stay again!
