Kom och bo på helrenoverade Petite Retreat. Vår moderna lägenhet med 1 sovrum på norra sidan av 30-A ligger bara 250 meter från stranden och 1. 2 miles från världsberömda Seaside.
Mindre av två gemensamma pooler uppvärms 1 mars-15 april.
Vi har ommålat Petite Retreat en lugnande ljusblå, för att sätta dig i den stranden stämningen så fort du går i dörren. Det helt ombyggda köket har skåpstugskåp, kvarts bänkskivor, underkåpsbelysning och nya topprankade rostfria vitvaror, inklusive en GE-kokt spis och mikrovågsugn. Den nya KitchenAid diskmaskinen är så tyst att du undrar om det är på!
Vi har installerat nya golv, inklusive nya plattor i det uppdaterade badrummet, och flera vägguttag i vardagsrum / matsal / kök har USB-laddningsportar för din bekvämlighet. Det finns också en i sovrummet.
Petite Retreat ligger i det välskötta Beachwood Villas-samhället i Seagrove Beach. Den har två pooler, två tennisbanor, vackert anlagda gårdar och shuffleboardbanor.
Condo har queen size-säng, drottning bäddsoffa, 48-tums Samsung Smart HDTV och gratis, snabb WiFi. Det finns också en ny Samsung Blu-ray-spelare.
Denna andra våningen enhet har en rymlig balkong med en solstol och ett bord med fyra stolar.
Det uppdaterade sovrummet har ett modernt utseende med en mysig känsla. Vi har lagt till en 32-tums widescreen smart TV så att du kan strömma dina favoritprogram och videoklipp.
Tre dagar minsta hyror. Minsta ålder att hyra är 25.

Great quick getaway with hubby! Even booked an offshore charter and caught a black fin tuna. Condo was in perfect location and was able to get in a beautiful trail run before we left. We will definitely return but I will bring a blanket for watching tv.

Perfectly fine apartment within 5 minutes walk of the beach. Located in the 2 floor of a multi unit complex, the apartment was very well equipped, especially the kitchen, for those who would eat at home. Nice balcony, overlooking a peaceful green area, - perfect for your morning coffee. Overall, extremely good value for money!

Great Stay

Has a great easy walk to the public beach. Easy drive/bike ride to seaside. Washer/Dryer on location was a huge help. Had 2 pools the kids loved!

Summer Trip

My family and I stayed here for several days leading up to July 4th. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and we had everything we needed. The condo is close to shopping/dinning and the beach access is right across the street, with easy access to the "public beach area" We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Mother/Daughter Getaway

My daughter turned 16 this week and we loved staying here! We walked right across the street to the beach for an early morning walk, swimming and tanning mid day and then again for the evening and sunset! Loved making food at condo to save on meals but then could splurge at many different local restaurants. It was perfect for us.

Excellent!

Great location and extremely clean!! The only thing I would recommend is a softer mattress and new bed linens. They were not soft. Also, the bedroom could use a mirror on the wall so that people could have an additional space to get ready (put makeup on/blow dry and fix hair) while other guest is using the bathroom mirror.

Great location, great condo!

Great location, so close to the beach! Condo was very clean, sofa mattress was good for kids (17 and 13), and bed in master bedroom was comfy! Condo was peaceful and parking was easy. We actually rode bikes everywhere except to walk to those places that were super close like the beach, donut hole and Angelina's. Shower was great and had good water pressure. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances worked well and very clean. *There is not an ice maker, but there was an ice tray, so you could make some ice. Overall, great experience! Will definitely be back!

Nice for the price

We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of kitchenware but would have been nice to have S&P and coffee filters. No hooks on the balcony for towels so you have to hang towels on chairs. We have stayed in many Beachwood Villa condos over the year and expected a little more than this unit provided for us. Also, the full-time neighbors are extremely loud and drunk almost every night.

Weekend in Seagrove

This is the second time my girlfriend and I stayed at this property. We love the location and the fact that it’s a second floor condo. It is always quiet, but this year things were especially quiet. We arrived as all the spring break crowd was leaving. We enjoy the kitchen and always cook at least one meal. The balcony is great for eating and just relaxing. Beach access is simple and about a 2-3 minute walk from the room. My only complaint is that the air conditioning filter had not been changed since last April. There were no replacements, so I bought one at the Water Color Publix. Overall, a good choice for a weekend at the beach.

This rental was a great value. We were so close to the beach - felt like mere steps away. The outdoor balcony was scenic and breezy, a fun place to sit and talk. The bedroom had a comfy bed. It was right in the middle of the action. Highly recommend!

My sister and I stayed here for a little sister trip for 5 days/4 nights. It was great! Super clean and a straight shot to the nearest beach access. There is indeed only one roll of toilet paper so be sure to bring extra, and the toaster does not do well with bagels. Other than that, it was perfect! We’ll definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Communication with the owners was great! We loooved this location as it wa super close to the beach and restaurants. We loved the neighborhood and the pool. All the locals were kind.
