Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached in 6 km (10 minutes by car) in Santa Margalida and the bay of Alcùdia with its dreamlike, kilometre-long sandy beach is 11 km or a 14-minute drive away from the accommodation. Parking is available on the property. The holiday home is equipped with solar panels that provide hot water. There are two house cats outside the property.This house has fans for every room. It is a very cool house for the summer.
