Across 400 m² of living space, the main villa, which combines luxurious furnishings with high-quality materials, has light-flooded living rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows. The main villa is comprised of 4 bedrooms (all with sea views), 4 en-suite bathrooms (2 with whirlpool bathtubs, and 2 with special, hydromassage showers), 1 toilet, 1 kitchen, 1 living/dining room and 1 study room with a sofa bed.

Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms in the main house and the guest house, a security system, a fireplace and a TV. The properties combined can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Parties are not allowed and music is not allowed after midnight.
Parking spaces are available on the property. The entrance gate is electronic and is connected to an intercom system. If guests would like daily cleaning, it must be arranged in advance with the host for an additional fee. The guest house is provided only for groups of 9 or more guests. For groups of 8 or fewer guests, only the main house with 4 bedrooms is available.
