Perfectly integrating contemporary architecture with rustic, volcanic stone, the light-filled villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bright bedrooms (3 with kingsize beds and 2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 5 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, as well as satellite and cable television. This property is furthermore especially family-friendly as it offers a baby cot, a highchair, children’s toys and childcare services.

The expansive outdoor area of the villa offers everything you could dream of for a relaxing holiday. Its generous, exclusive and free private heated swimming pool (12 x 5, with a depth of 1 m to 1.60 m) with jacuzzi and automatic cover is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sunbeds from which you have incredible views of the sea. There is furthermore a shady pergola with a lounge area, a barbecue, a garden with volcanic stones and tropical plants as well as a ping pong table. Villa Abaego also has a private, exclusive and free sports area with a tennis court, a 5-a-side football goal and a basketball hoop and squash court. Extra services include a private and exclusive Spa-Wellness pavilion: jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and lounge area: 80,- Euros/day (mandatory during the whole stay); also, there is a Sea-Ray 230 recreational boat rental (capacity for 8 people): 450 Euros/day.



A large selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafes are located in the centre of Playa Blanca, just about 2.5 km or a 4-minute from the property. Furthermore, the golden sand of the beaches of Playa Flamingo and Playa Blanca await your visit between 2 to 3.3 km (a 4 to 6-minute drive) away.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Lanzarote Airport is 30 minutes away by car (34 km), while you can reach the city center of Arrecife in 40 minutes (40 km) driving.
