The house is exclusively for families and quiet groups. No parties or noisy events are allowed. Due to the local regulation of Conil de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the rest and tranquility of neighbors and pedestrians. Therefore, noises that may cause discomfort during the night, from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., are not allowed.
In a very tranquil neighborhood outside the centre of Conil de la Frontera, the holiday home Casa 2 La Lobita offers a great outdoor area just a short drive from the beach. Built in 2007, the rustic holiday home is ideal for families and consists of a spacious living/dining room(with hot/cold air conditioning), a generous, very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a cooking island, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms. The property can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (only in the living room), a washing machine, a television, a baby cot and a highchair. On the balcony upstairs, begin the day with a fresh cup of coffee and look out over the surrounding landscape. On warm afternoons, sunbathe on the recliners in the outdoor area and refresh yourself in the cool water of the 40m² pool with a jacuzzi, which is fenced for the safety of the little guests of the house. Enjoy meals together at the long dining table of the terrace, where you can look out over the pool area. There is furthermore a covered terrace with a barbecue, where you can prepare delicious meals, and a ping pong table for your entertainment. The centre of Conil de la Frontera, with a fabulous selection of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and bars is about 2.7 km or a 5-minute drive away. The gorgeous beach of the area, Playa Fuente del Gallo, whose sand stretches for kilometers along the coast, is only 4.3 km or an 8-minute drive away.
