The detached holiday home was renovated in 2019 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Bribir. The holiday home is located on a garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 5 cars) is available on the property.
Special
air conditioning. Facilities: children's toys, internet access (WLAN), Playstation and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Hygiene measures: final cleaning with sanitisation.
