The property is located in the countryside in the town of Slatine in the north of the Croatian island of Ciovo.

The garden terrace, which can be used communally by all guests, features a stone barbecue and a large table with chairs. Parking is also available on the property.

Three fully furnished apartments with balconies or terraces are available, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Wi-Fi is also available.

The beautiful pebble beach with crystal-clear water is just 120 meters away. The town center is 1.5 kilometers away. Here you will find several restaurants, a supermarket, the bus stop, and a boat dock. From here, you can take a ferry to the UNESCO-protected cities of Split and Trogir. These cities offer numerous historical sights and cultural events. Alternatively, you can head to Split and experience its diverse nightlife. In just a few minutes, you can reach the uninhabited part of the island, rich in vegetation, numerous lagoons, cliffs, and rocky and pebble beaches. Take a morning or evening stroll through the Mediterranean pine forest.

Two travel cots for infants are available free of charge. Two bicycles can be rented for a small fee.

The kitchen unit is fully-equipped with all the necessary appliances. The bathroom comprises a bath, bidet washbasin and toilet. The two bedrooms each have a big double bed. The second holiday apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate up to five people. The open-plan living and dining room has air conditioning, a sofa bed, satellite TV and a dining table with chairs. A supplementary bed can also be provided. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances. The bathroom comprises a shower, washbasin and toilet. The bedroom is furnished with a big double bed. The third holiday apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people. The open-plan living and dining room is air-conditioned and has a sofa bed, satellite TV and a dining table with chairs. A supplementary bed can also be set up here. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances. The bathroom consists of a shower, washbasin and toilet. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed.The fourth holiday apartment is on the second floor and can accommodate up to five people. The open-plan living and dining room is air-conditioned and has a single sofa bed, double sofa bed, satellite TV and a dining table with chairs. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances. The bathroom consists of a shower, washbasin and toilet. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed. The bedroom has also air condition. This apartment has two large terraces with beautiful sea view and pine forest view.

The house is also within walking distance (1500m) to a centre of Slatine with bus station, dock boat, supermarket and a few restaurants in the area. During summer there is a boat shuttle from Slatine to UNESCO World Heritage sites-Split and Trogir. These cities are full of historical monuments and cultural events.
