In the outdoor area, i.e. the park-like garden, the house offers many possibilities for families with children or groups: a large grill with an arbour and seating, a roofed terrace, an antique pizza oven or the big pool for a cool dip. While you are relaxing, the children can play on the playground with a tower, slide and swing or the further playground with a sandpit, Indian teepee and seesaw.

If you would like to rent the house for up to 17 persons, four bedrooms are available on the ground floor: two double bedrooms (double beds 150 x 195 or 180 x 200cm), a three-bed room (single bed 80 x 180cm, double bed 160 x 190cm), as well as a further three-bed room (single bed 75 x 180cm, double bed 180 x 200cm). In addition, two persons can sleep on a sofa bed (160 x 190cm) in a little living room. Three of the bedrooms have an adjoining bathroom with a WC and shower. There is a further bathroom with a WC and shower adjoining the living room-bedroom that also acts as a walk-through room to the fourth bedroom. In the basement there are two further bedrooms: a double room (double bed 180 x 200cm) and a three-bed room (single bed 80 x 190cm, double bed 140 x 200cm). The three-bed room has an adjoining bathroom with a shower and WC. You can also use the two kitchens, the big dining room with an open fireplace, the living room over 65m² with a wood-burning stove and the whole outdoor area. One or two toddler packages, each consisting of a children’s bed and highchair, can be provided on request free of charge.
