Holiday apartments with a private terrace and grill area, in a quiet location near the beach, not far from the town centre with shopping facilities and a bus stop
These two holiday apartments enjoy a quiet location in a private house, just 700 metres from the sea and the beach promenade.
Each apartment has its own furnished terrace with a private grill area. There is a car parking space right in front of the house.
The apartments are equipped with satellite TV, wireless Internet access and air conditioning. The air conditioning unit is in the living room and is powerful enough to cool the whole apartment. The free Internet connection also works outside on the terrace. The washing machine, which all guests can use free of charge, is about 10 metres away in the ownerâs house.
It is just 200 metres to the centre with banks, shopping facilities and public parking spaces, and the same distance to a bus stop. The motorway and airport are just 6 and 8km away. It is a leisurely 10 to 15-minue walk to the beach promenade, with many restaurants, bars, cafés, small souvenir shops, a disco etc.
This 55 mÂČ apartment can accommodate five people. The first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed (180 x 200 and 90 x 200 cm); the second has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The tiled living bathroom offers a bathtub with shower, toilet and hairdryer. In addition to the kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and kettle, there is also a dining/sitting area with a table and chairs.
