Holiday apartments in a villa on the outskirts of the popular travel destination of Rovinj, on the coast of the Istrian peninsula


The holiday apartments are in a private villa in a quiet residential area in the northern part of the town of Rovinj, on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. The area features a lovely green landscape.

The elegant villa, which was completed in 1985, was renovated in 2015. It consists of five comfortable holiday apartments, two on the ground floor and three on the first floor. They are tastefully and comfortably furnished. There is a shared laundry room with a washing machine. Wireless Internet access is available in the garden and in the apartments.

The site all around the house is enclosed. Behind the villa there is a shared garden with a generous lawn and planted with some fruit trees. A brick-built grill is available. There is a practical stone sink in the orchard. There are two parking areas in front of the house for up to seven cars.

The sea is just 100 metres away. The centre of town is within easy access 2000 metres away along the beach promenade. Within 1000 metres you can find grocery shops, restaurants and other shops.

The flat is located on the ground floor and is ideal for two people. The spacious eat-in kitchen is functionally and cosily equipped: the modern kitchenette has a gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a coffee machine. There is also a dining table with chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm), a wardrobe and a TV with satellite channels. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. Thanks to the high-quality construction, the flat is pleasantly cool even without air conditioning. It is equipped with radiators in all rooms.

In front of the flat is a veranda. It is furnished with a table and chairs, so that you can enjoy your meals here and end the mild summer evenings with a glass of wine.
