Condo was nice and overall pretty clean. There were a few dirty dishes put away in the cabinets when we arrived, most likely left that way by the previous guests. Owner was helpful and very responsive to questions. Private beach access was nice and a lot less crowded then the public beaches. Great views from the private balcony. One of the two elevators was being repaired when we visited which was a minor inconvenience. We liked that there were two separate beds in the kids bedroom. Overall we had a good time and would book this property again.

Excellent location and clean well decorated condo. The kitchen was well equipped. Check-in was easy. The condo complex has excellent beach access, nice pool, grills for barbecuing and nice work out facilities. They were fixing one of the two elevators which resulted in longer waits and excess noise. The condo had a few minor maintenance issues (utility closet door not attached, door flip lock screws stripped and water leak over hall bathroom tub).

We have stayed at Destin on the Gulf for the last 17 years. Many different units. This one highly exceeded our expectations and the owner was very efficient & clear in communication. Very easy & laid back experience!

Paradise!

The waters of Destin are absolutely beautiful! The complex is not that big so the beach area is not crowded and it is conveniently laid out. Condo was even nicer than the pictures showed. All recently remodeled.

Wonderful vacation!

Me and my daughter "loved" staying at this property! It was in a great location with a private beach so it wasn't crowded. It was very safe with private gates and codes. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back! Thank you so letting us stay at your property!

Perfect no matter the weather

We just spent a week in our favorite condo in the Destin on the Gulf property. Although the weather didn’t cooperate (lots of rain) we had the most relaxing time watching from the comfy couches. The master bedroom is on the beachside of the condo and I listened to rain and waves and slept so soundly on the nice supportive mattress with great pillows. No sleep sound machine needed. The condo kitchen is well- equipped with everything you need to cook for an evening in.

Great stay overall

Great views of the ocean, property was updated and clean, plenty of bath towels, easy access to "hotspots," beach was not overly crowded like many other areas of Destin, nice lobby area to hang out as rain passed. The only (2) inconveniences were; one laundry area in hall for entire floor to use and used quarters during a coin shortage in FL apparently, and couldve used a small cordless vaccuum VS a broom for sand. Other than that, my family and I had a great time and very satisfied. Would go back again, despite the (2) minor items.

Beautiful property and location

David has recently remodeled this property and it turned out beautiful! The location is amazing, walk across to the beach so close that dragging all the gear wasn't a problem, and this end of the beach isn't nearly as crowded as other areas in Destin, we had a great week, will definitely try to book this condo again next year!

Perfectly Relaxing

I've stayed at many of the units in this complex. The upgrades to this one are outstanding. The master bath shower is such a great innovation. The larger counter in the kitchen is perfect for all those preps to load up for the beach. The views are perfect.

The location of the property is great with great beach views and easy beach access. We had some issues on first arrival but the host remedied the situation and made it right. Would stay again.

True getaway

Beachfront and steps from the sand. Watch the dolphins troll the shore throughout the day and surf the waves early in the morning. It’s a pod of three to 10 dolphins. The beach is never crowded due to high rises (homes on the left and a low occupancy condo building to the right. Nevermore than one row of umbrellas and chairs. Speak with Simon who attends the chairs and umbrellas. He will take care of you. Great guy. Dining and shopping is only 10 minutes away. Target is one mile and Walmart is 4 miles. The condo is modern, clean, and fresh. The ocean and beach views from the balcony are amazing. The pics on VRBO should do a better job of showcasing the views because it is truly oceanfront from the 5th floor. Open the sliding door and let the ocean breeze take you away. The one concern is the lack of internet. It’s available but none existent. You’ll be fine with using your data and your hotspot. My family enjoyed the stay very much. So much so we inquired about purchasing a unit. We’d stay again for sure.
