Holiday apartments with big terraces on an extensive garden plot with a sea view
The house with the holiday apartments is in the little fishing village of Ičići on the famous Opatija riviera in Kvarner Bay, amidst wonderful nature, between mountains and the sea.
The extensive plot of land is an oasis of tranquillity and of unspoilt nature surrounded by forest, with a breathtaking view of Kvarner Bay. It has a big parking space shaded by grape vines, a terrace with a cistern more than 100 years old, a beautifully well-kept garden and three grill terraces shaded by kiwi trees. The site is especially suitable for children, as its 2000m² of greenery allows many carefree and safe hours of playing.
On the beach (Blue Flag) just 350 metres away and on the unique seafront promenade you can relax with a good meal or try a range of water sports. It is a 20-minute drive to the town of Opatija or the old town centre of Lovran. On the way there you can find numerous caves and natural beaches. The nature reserve at the Učkaist mountain is just half an hour away by car.
This holiday apartment can accommodate up to eleven people and has four bedrooms with four double beds and three single beds. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge and coffee machine and also has a dining table with chairs. There is also a TV with satellite channels. The two bathrooms each have a shower. The kitchen opens onto the roofed grill terrace and the bedrooms open onto the balcony.
Our apartments are situated on the famous Opatija Riviera. They are located in a very quiet area protected from traffic noise, with a beautiful view of the Bay of Kvarner. In front of the apartment there are a spacious parking area roofed over by vine, a terrace with a more than a century old cisten and nicely tended garden. Behind the apartment there ara three grill terraces roofed over by kiwi trees. The place is particularly suitable for children , since its 2000 square metres of green area enable them to play carelessly and safely. All that is possible at a distance of just 350 metres from the seaside. There are lots of reasons to choose just our apartmens for place of your holiday..
