Welcome to our quiet holiday flat no. 2 on the ground floor in Sylt-Westerland, the ideal accommodation for 2 to 4 guests. Thanks to its excellent location in the second row on the outskirts of Westerland, our holiday home promises a quiet atmosphere, away from the noise of the street, coupled with the convenience of being able to reach everything on foot. Whether you want to explore the island with the island buses, bicycles or opt for a hire car, our flat is the perfect starting point for your explorations.
Inside, our flat offers a cosy living room with an integrated American kitchen area that leaves nothing to be desired. With equipment such as a fridge, hob with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, you will find everything you would find in your own kitchen. A pull-out sofa bed for two guests provides additional sleeping space, while the separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Of course, the bedroom also has a television, windows and shutters.
The outdoor area invites you to relax with a small south-facing terrace directly in front of the entrance area. Equipped with a beach chair and garden furniture, the terrace provides the ideal backdrop for a relaxed breakfast or cosy barbecue evenings with friends. The associated privacy and tranquillity complete the picture, and a parking space reserved for each flat adds the finishing touch to the comfort.
The neighbourhood leaves nothing to be desired: With an ALDI including a large fresh food market just 50 metres away and other shopping facilities such as NETTO, LIDL as well as a pharmacy, Burger King, post office and other shops in a shopping centre about one kilometre away, you are well catered for.
