Holiday flat "Bruggerhaus" with terrace

In our beautiful holiday home you will find two very spacious holiday flats, each with approx. 130m2 of living space
The flat on the upper floor has 3 bedrooms, a lounge and a very spacious eat-in kitchen. The highlight of this flat is the climbable tiled stove in the kitchen-living room, which has a magical attraction, not least for children. The wellness area is easily accessible via the staircase.
Sleeping accommodation for 4-12 people per flat is available.
The house has been lovingly revitalised since we took over two years ago, the building fabric dates back to the 15th century and the building has been classified as worthy of preservation by the Province of Styria. Ecological materials such as wood, lime and stone were used in the renovation. This creates an excellent indoor climate. The house is heated fully automatically with wood and most of the heat is emitted physiologically via wall heaters. In our new wellness area, set up in the "Troadkasten", which is at least 400 years old, you can take a close look at the transformation of a storage room into an oasis of relaxation. An additional, straw-insulated flat is currently being built on the two floors above, which you are welcome to visit with the owners.
