This holiday apartment is near the lake, Laacher See. It is an ideal place to relax. It is surrounded by lovely places of interest such as the Lydiaturm, Laacher See and the Maria Laach Convent, and other trip and hiking destinations for the whole family in the Volcanic Eifel.
There is a car parking space right in front of the entrance.
The apartment of around 65m² has been completely renovated. The separate entrance is at ground-level in the interior courtyard. The apartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed, while a third person can use a supplementary guest bed, and a fourth person can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed in the cosy living room. There is a hallway with cloakroom space. The kitchen is functionally equipped and the bathroom has a shower and WC.
The Ahr thermal baths is ideal for those seeking wellness, about 15 minutes away by car. Larger towns such as Koblenz and Bonn are within easy reach by motorway or the B9. The accommodation is also suitable for workers, as Wassenach is conveniently situated for the A61 and A48 motorways, as well as for getting to the Koblenz area.
