The building is built to a high standard and makes the most of the natural light. The flat has three comfortable bedrooms, a living room with terrace, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, kettle...).
The living room is very spacious, with Smart TV 50", stereo and DVD with bluetooh, to listen to your mobile music, flat screen TV and music and book collection.

If you fancy a break from the beach, the upper floor is a large exclusive private terrace of 120 mÂČ, a perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink, sunbathe, read, dine or just hang out enjoying the wonderful scenery that the locality provides, both during the day and in the evenings.
