It is located in the municipality of Santa Lucia de Tirajana, halfway between the white beaches of the south and center of the island.
This cozy, quiet village of eight hundred inhabitants, is located in the center of a volcanic caldera and surrounded by palm and olive trees.
This building, dating from the late sixteenth century, represents perfectly the traditional Canarian architecture. Its careful restoration has a perfect balance between tradition and comfort of the XXI century.
The house is on the edge of town surrounded by beautiful landscapes, restful. And just a few meters you can find supermarkets, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and physician as well as public transport and internet access, with all amenities within walking distance.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasols and hammocks. The pool is surrounded by a spacious sun deck to enjoy the magnificent tropical climate of the islands.
