These holiday apartments are in a quiet residential area in Melin, near the long beaches along th north tip of the sunny Croatian island of Cres.
The enclosed garden area is shared with residents at the other apartments. You can enjoy leisurely meals outdoors around the traditional stone grill. If you arrive by car, there are parking spaces right in front of the house. Your pet is welcome on request.
The holiday apartments are in a detached, three-storey apartment building from the year 1995, which comprises a total of eight holiday apartments.
The holiday apartments are about 200 metres from the crystal clear sea and the nearest beach. It is the same distance to the nearest shops, cafés and restaurants. It is about 500 metres into the centre of Melin.
The holiday apartment on the ground floor with 35mÂČ of living space consists of an open living and dining room with an integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and a daylight bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, a safe for your valuables and a dining table with four chairs. Next to it is the kitchen equipped with a four-zone gas stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Of the two bedrooms, one is furnished with a large double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The daylight bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a bidet and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided on arrival.
