From here you have a great view of the sea and the mountains. The roof terrace can be reached by lift. A parking space in the underground garage is also accessible by lift.
Consists of living room with LCD TV (32 inches), table and chairs, sofa and fully equipped kitchen with granite worktop, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge.
