The generous and detached holiday house is in the beautiful Dalsland nature, at the foot of Kroppefjälls in a big forested area with lakes. If you would like to gather berries and mushrooms, then this is the right place for you, as well as if you would like to escape excessive consumerism and have more time for family and friends.

The house has everything you need without superfluous luxury that often makes the essentials pale. The 150m² of living space is spread over two floors. The upper floor has two bedrooms each with a double bed (180 x 190cm) and a single bed (90 x 190cm), as well as a bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 190cm). This floor also has a sleeping niche with a single bed (90 x 190cm). There is a 100m² living room with a TV area, table tennis table and table football. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The ground floor has a fourth bedroom with a double bed 8180 x 190cm) and a cot. There are two further bedrooms with a double bed (8180 x 190cm) and a room with a bunk bed (90 x 190cm) and a single bed (90 x 190cm) on this floor. There is an electronic organ in the entrance hall. The big kitchen-diner is fully-equipped and includes a fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as a cast-iron wood-burning stove for pleasant warmth. The kitchen opens into the cosy dining room that can easily seat 16 people. There is also a living room with satellite TV and there is a big hallway. The ground floor also has a bathroom with a toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine, and an adjoining, spacious sauna. Owing to its size, the house provides ample space to play and is therefore suitable for a few families or acquainted groups. The big living room and dining room provide ample space to be sociable together. Free wireless Internet access is available, as the owners live next door and the connection is via a router. A new pellets heating system with radiators has been installed and you can also use the wood-burning stove in the kitchen.

The upper floor has a big balcony overlooking the garden. The site is not fenced, but pets are welcome. If you would like to bring more than one pet, then please request this in advance. The garden provides garden furniture and a grill. There are up to five parking spaces on site.

Use of the bicycles (all older models) is free of charge, as well as of the rowing boat, canoe and kayak. There is a mini zoo with rabbits, guinea pigs, dogs, cats, hens and sheep on the owner’s site, where children also have access to a giant trampoline.

Right from the accommodation, you can explore the lakes and forests of Dalsland or the wild coast of Bohuslän with its skerries. There is a beautiful swimming and fishing lake nearby (about 2km), where there are also various boats available for use, such as a canoe, kayak and rowing boat. It is possible to hire a boat motor on request from the owner. There are many walking paths where you do not meet a soul for hours, you can gather mushrooms and berries or simply enjoy the peace and quiet and relax. Norway and Oslo are not far away. The nearest shopping facilities are about 1.7km away, in the nearest town, where there is also a restaurant. The nearest train station is 40km away and the airport 90km.
