Apartments in Residence sits in a quiet and peaceful land in the middle of a big private property and it offers you a relaxing holiday in the heart of the âAlto Garda Parkâ, away from the chaos and the noises of the main streets
The Residence Garden was built in 2002 with an architectonic structure that marries the modern stile with the rustic taste of the natural stones and the wood and it is composed by 12 apartments (6 apartments on the ground floor with garden and 6 apartments on the first floor with terrace), and a private pool on complete disposition for our guests (opened from the 16th of may to the 25th of september 2015). They have all a beautiful view to the lake, to the old town of Malcesine and to the Monte Baldo Mountain.
This new built complex is situated on a panoramic platform 450 meters above the lake in the area of Tignale; in 500 meters you can join the old town of Prabione, where you can find shop facilities, a bar, a restaurant with local dishes, the old church and a childrenâs playground. Moreover in just 300 meters from your flat you can find the âCentro Visitatoriâ the swimming pool with the snack-bar âCampograndeâ where you can relax and have a drink or something to eat. In just 2 Km you can join the centre of Tignale, Gardola, where you can find all the services useful for a relaxing stay, as the bank, the post office, the pharmacy, the doctor for tourists, shopping facilities and many good restaurants and pizzerias.

The second bedroom, ideal for younger guests or additional guests, is equipped with two bunk beds and additional space for your personal belongings. The kitchen, complete with living room, offers an inviting common area. Here you will find a sofa next to a satellite television, as well as an efficient kitchenette equipped with a four-burner hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine (both German and Italian), kettle, toaster, microwave and all the necessary equipment for your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet and WC. Remember that a travel cot and high chair are available on request, ensuring comfort even for the youngest guests.
Outside, the flat offers a private swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and having fun in the sun. Guests have access to a private car park, ideal for those travelling by car. For grill lovers, there is a shared barbecue, where you can cook and enjoy meals outdoors. In addition, you will find a games room and a bicycle storage room, adding further entertainment options during your stay.
The surrounding area is rich in opportunities to explore and enjoy nature. Located directly on the edge of the forest, the flat offers immediate access to trails and nature walks. The beach and lake are only 8 km away, promising unforgettable days of sun and water sports. For daily necessities, the nearest grocery shop is only 500m away, while the nearest town centre is 2km away, making it easy to explore the local culture and delicacies.
