The flat is situated on the first floor of a building in the heart of Nerja, but is very quiet and bright.
There is also a private patio with washing machine and clothesline. Hot water is generated by solar energy.
The property has two bedrooms, one with a double wrought iron bed (135 cm) and the other with a double bed and a single bed (80 cm), both with bedside tables, desk and wardrobe. There are ceiling fans with programmable remote control in the bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen-dining room is equipped with a ceramic hob, granite worktop, microwave, fridge, 32-inch LCD TV, three-seater sofa, chairs and dining table. The bathroom with natural light has a bathtub, washbasin and toilet. Wi-Fi connection is available on request and for an extra charge.
The flat is located in the heart of Nerja, close to the Plaza de España as well as restaurants, shops, pharmacies, supermarkets and the beach. The famous Balcón de Europa square is also only 2 minutes walk away.
