The apartment is located on island Ciovo, just 600 meters from the old town of Trogir, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage list.
One balcony positioned and covered so that there is shade all day long, you can enjoy the view of the old town of Trogir, the surrounding hills and the sea. The second balcony is on the back of the house, you have your privacy and you can sunbathe on it all day long.
It is located on the 2nd floor and spreads over 60mÂČ with 2 private balconies. There are also 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. The living room is large with a kitchen, we also have a work desk for a business corner if you have to work during the holidays. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a fridge with freezer, coffee maker, cooker, hot plates, everything you need to store and serve food, for a better vacation you have a dishwasher. Of course you also have a large screen smart tv, satellite channels, wifi covered throughout the space.
Most our guests do not use the car, parked them on arrival and all the necessities (beach, shops, bakery, restaurant, city, bars, disco) is a 5-10 minute walk distance.Distance from Split airport - 6 km.Ornithological and ichthyological nature reserve "Pantan" - 3.5 km.Beach - 350m.Bakery 200m.Shop - 350m.Supermarket LIDL - 3 km.Supermarket Kaufland -3km.
