The Gregor holiday house is on a 600m² well-maintained site.
The generous terrace provides garden furniture and a grill. Bicycles are available for use. The owners’ house is on the neighbouring site.
You can really relax in the cosy and modern holiday house, built in a bungalow style, with all three rooms on one level. The 75m² comprise a bedroom with a double box spring bed (160 x 200cm), a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a flatscreen TV, a dining space with a dining corner, a CD player, a library, a living room/bedroom with a sofa bed and a further flatscreen TV, a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove (ceramic hob) and oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, toaster and kettle, as well as a bathroom with a shower. All the rooms except the corridor can be heated.
There is a little swimming lake 300 metres away. Nearby you can find three further lakes. You can go on hikes through the Briesetal or cycle along the Berliner-Mauerweg. If you are yearning for the hustle and bustle of the Berlin metropolis, it is only 5km to the city border of the capital and 25km to the centre. It is about half an hour by car along the roads B96 or A10 to Berlin-Mitte. Birkenwerder also has an S-Bahn connection, taking you to Berlin-Mitte within half an hour and avoiding the hassle of looking for a parking space.
