The house is also an ideal base for visiting the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada, the Alpujarras and the Costa Tropical. The kitchen, integrated in the living room, is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. On this floor there is also a bathroom adapted for the disabled and an accessible double bedroom.

The exterior of the house is no less comfortable. From the ground floor, there is direct access to a cosy terrace equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, and a washing area, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals or simply relaxing in the evening breeze. The inclusion of an extra bed, cot and highchair free of charge on request, increases the convenience for families with children.
