The accommodation enjoys a quiet location in on the outer periphery of the town PoreÄ on the Croatian Adriatic coast.
The furnished balcony affords a beautiful view of the garden and the forest. The communal garden provides ample space for the whole family and you can use a grill.
Free parking spaces are available on site. You can rent bicycles or a boat locally.
The air-conditioned apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate four people. The living and dining room with the kitchen provides a sofa, a flatscreen TV and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen unit is fully-equipped. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a kingsize double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom comprises a shower, washbasin and toilet. Wi-Fi Internet is available.
It is 3.4km to the centre of Porec with its many sights and the wide range of gastronomy. It is 500 metres to a water park and 2km to the beach. Pula airport is 40km away. Other recreational possibilities include paragliding in summer or skiing in winter.
