Enclosed, newly built (2013) holiday villa with a private pool, an outdoor shower, a traditional stone grill on the roofed terrace, a children’s playground and three self-contained holiday apartments next to each otherThis exclusive holiday villa is in the peaceful little village of Kras in the middle of the sunny island of Krk, providing luxurious accommodation for a relaxing holiday far away from tourist noise. The holiday villa was newly built just recently in 2013 and is therefore equipped with all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (cooling and heating) in all rooms. It comprises three modern and tastefully furnished holiday apartments next to each other, each with its own separate entrance. As the three apartments, each of 100m², can only be booked together, the villa is particularly suitable for a large family or a group of friends who would like to retain some privacy on their holiday together. The holiday apartments are on two floors and have an identical layout and furnishing, each with a light and airy living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and two spacious daylight bathrooms. The ground floor has a living room flooded with daylight, providing a comfortable sofa and armchair, a coffee table and a wide, digital flatscreen TV with satellite channels. The open fireplace built into the wall exudes a cosy atmosphere and provides pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. Right next to it there is the white built-in kitchen with only the latest appliances, including a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with an elegant extractor fan, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine. The ground floor also has one of the two bathrooms, this one with a spacious shower cubicle, a washbasin with a big wall mirror, a hairdryer, bidet, toilet and washing machine. Wide stone stairs lead upstairs to the bedrooms and the second bathroom. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm, while the second has two single beds measuring 90 x 200cm, which can also be joined together as a double bed. Both bedrooms are furnished with bedside tables and reading lamps, as well as cupboards with plenty of storage space for your clothing and luggage. The bathroom on this floor is fitted the same as the ground-floor bathroom, but instead of the shower cubicle it has a bath with a shower attachment, and no washing machine. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provides and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment is free of charge. Big glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto your sunny terrace with a wooden table and chairs for leisurely holiday breakfasts and other meals. From there you can access the 8 x 4m private pool with comfortable sun loungers. Children will enjoy the playground with a swing and slide. The roofed terrace has a traditional stone grill, inviting you to enjoy long meals together under a starry sky. A car is recommended during your stay. There are plenty of secure parking spaces right in front of the holiday villa on the enclosed site. If you do not wish to travel without your pet then it is also welcome here. Your holiday villa is only about 500 metres from the centre of the little village of Kras with its shops, colourful markets and gastronomy. It is about 8km to the nearest beach with crystal clear water. There are many cycling and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, for exploring the multifaceted island.
