This quietly situated house with its three-star and four-star apartments and studios is surrounded by a 400m² site and is near the forest, not far from the marina (300 metres away).

All the apartments have central heating in all rooms and air conditioning with a cooling function in the hallway or in the living room (included in the rental price). Satellite TV and free wireless Internet access are also provided, the latter in the house and in the garden.
The house has a private parking area with several spaces. The grill area with a brick-built outdoor grill and sitting area is for the use of all guests. This grill terrace can be illuminated at night. Each apartment also has its own furnished balcony.

Both bedrooms have two single beds measuring 90 x 200cm, a wardrobe, a desk and a mirror. The bathroom has a window and a shower, WC, washing machine, ironing board, iron and washbasin with a mirror. The living room-kitchen provides a dining space with a round table and four chairs. The TV is on a shelf behind it. On the other side of the table there is the kitchen unit, equipped with a gas stove, oven, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. The air conditioning unit is in the hallway.
