This residence is located in a green, quiet and scenic area not far from the sea.Apartment in residence with two swimming pools, private outdoor parking, playground, gym, shuttle service and the possibility of participating in excursions to discover the villages of the Riviera Ligure di Ponente and Levante

The flat is about 45 square metres and is a comfortable two-room flat consisting of a kitchenette with a large living-dining room with a pull-out sofa for 2 persons, a double bedroom and an additional single bed. Large bathroom with bathtub used as shower, storage room, corridor. The flat has air conditioning on consumption to be paid according to the kilowatts used at check out.

It can be reached by lift and then down about 10 steps as it is on the intermediate floor. The flat is on the first or top floor. It can accommodate a maximum of 5 persons, including children of any age who are counted in the maximum number of persons allowed. The baby bed is to be requested at the time of booking and to be paid for locally. No linen is provided. The cot always replaces an existing bed even if the cot is brought by the customer. We do not accept extra persons in addition to those permitted.

Outside the flat has a long balcony with two sun loungers, table and two chairs, sunny in the morning and cool in the afternoon, it has a view of children's playground and garden.
Mid-week cleaning for a fee and on request are not available. Use of two swimming pools - 1 for adults and 1 for children with beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sun loungers on a rotating basis by the pools and subject to availability (bring your own bathing cap and towels). Open from 25 May to 20 September 2025 with the following opening times: 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.).
Heating is not provided in spring. Air conditioning can be used with heat pumps on consumption/kwh to be paid for at check out.

The residence has two swimming pools, one of which is for children, equipped with parasols and deckchairs (on a rotating basis and subject to availability), a large furnished patio, table tennis table and bar. They will be open from 25 May to 20 September 2025 (depending on the weather). In addition, you will find in the residence a small library, children's games, gym, private outdoor parking (one space per flat) unattended, laundry-ironing room, garage (for a fee), a couple of bicycles for hire, Wi-Fi (for 2 devices included), bike room. In July and August, the residence organises some entertainment for children. The public beach is approx. 800 m away. Nearby and within walking distance is a large LIDL Supermarket (400 m) from the residence. Private shuttle service from Monday to Friday at set times to return from the beach. The service is not available on weekends and public holidays. The Residence staff can propose different excursions to discover the villages of the Riviera Ligure di Ponente and Levante. There are numerous trips that can be made by sailing boat, for sightings of cetaceans in the Ligurian Sea, and many excursions to get to know the outdoors of the Riviera and the villages overlooking the sea. The Residence is 3 km from the Pietra Ligure motorway exit and about 850 metres from the railway station.
