The flat is located on the upper floor of a semi-detached house in a quiet, very sunny area at the foot of the mountain and is about 500 metres from the beach.
There is a large terrace with a wonderful view of the lake and Valtellina equipped with table, chairs and awnings, which can be accessed directly from the living room and bedrooms. On the ground floor, as well as a covered car park, there is a garden with sun loungers, barbecue, table and stone benches that invite you to eat in the shade of a kiwi pergola; the property is completely fenced off. The owners live in the house opposite. The owner has a private swimming pool which can also be used by guests staying in the flat. Access is directly from the barbecue area via a gate.
Recently renovated, the flat, of 100 square metres all on the same floor, is equipped with: well-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, hob, electric oven, toaster, coffee machine, chairs and table for six people. A large living room with a wood-burning fireplace, table with six chairs, flat-screen TV, internet connection, two-seater sofa and double sofa bed. One bedroom with a double bed (170x200) and one with two single beds; there are also two other folding single beds, a baby bed and a high chair. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet, mirror + chest of drawers and shoe rack. Independent heating with methane radiators. WIFI Internet is available and free of charge both in the flat and in the barbecue area.
The beach can be reached via a carriage road with little traffic; beside the house there is also a pedestrian path to the centre or, in the opposite direction, up to the villages on the mountain behind the house. The lake and the beach can be reached on foot in ten minutes. Here, in addition to the beautiful lakeside promenade, the pier, the wharf for hydrofoils and boats, there are numerous shops, restaurants, pizzerias, post office, hospital, kiosk, tourist office, municipal swimming pool, and bicycle hire.There are also cycle paths along the lake that go as far as the neighbouring villages (Dongo and Domaso).
