Apartment house with a shared pool and a view of Lake Garda
The La Portella residence is about a five-minute walk away from the old centre of Tignale/Gardola, in a beautiful location on a slope, with an incomparable view over Lake Garda, framed by Monte Baldo on the other side, as far as the southern end of the lake with a view of Peschiera, Sirmione and Salo.
There is a pool (approx. 300mÂČ!), open from 15.07. to 15.09., as well as a childrenâs paddling pool. The well-maintained outdoor area with deckchairs and parasols invites you to sunbathe and relax. Right next to it thee is a small and pleasant pool bar, where you can get small snacks, cool drinks or a delicious icecream. During the season you can also make use of the breakfast or bread rolls service.
In addition, the property has a tennis court and an artificial turf pitch for football, volleyball etc. There are also several covered table tennis tables and two table football tables, a giant outdoor chess board, and a large shaded playground with slides, swings and other play equipment.
The small locality of Tignale only has a little more than 1300 residents, but is nevertheless one of the most popular holiday destinations to the west of Lake Garda. Tignale lies in the Italian region of Lombardy, on the western shore of Lake Garda, right between the two towns of Gargnano and Limone sul Garda. From Limone it is only about 20km to Tignale. Tignale consists of the main locality of Gardola and five further districts that have merged. All the municipalities are located in the green and hilly âParco di Gardaâ nature reserve. In the locality you will find all the necessary everyday shops, including two supermarkets, a fruit shop, butcher, bars, restaurants, household goods, pharmacy, icecream counters, hairdresser and so onâŠ
The holiday apartment is on the second floor and therefore at the top of house B (Benaco). It was furnished and decorated thoughtfully and cosily by the owner. It has 40mÂČ of living space and can accommodate up to four people. All the necessary modern appliances are provided: a large flatscreen satellite TV, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an electric coffee machine, a gas stove with four rings. Wireless Internet access is also available in the apartment. In the spacious bathroom there are a shower cubicle, WC, mirrored cupboard with 220V socket. In the bedroom there are a bed (2x80x190), a cupboard and storage space. There is also a safe. In the living area there is a large leather sofa arrangement, also a sofa bed for the third and fourth persons.
On the same floor there are other apartments, so groups or several acquainted families (up to 16 people) can book them together for an enjoyable holiday.
The apartment has a large balcony with a magnificent view of Lake Garda. It is furnished with chairs, a table, a deckchair and an awning.
