This holiday home is located in a child-friendly holiday complex. The village centre with supermarket and cosy restaurants with beer gardens is just a few minutes away.
The house has a living space of 72 mÂČ and can accommodate five people. On the ground floor it has a living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, satellite TV with 43-inch Smart TV, DVD player and stereo system, a spacious bright bathroom and a storage room. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and extractor bonnet. You will also find a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and of course crockery, pots and pans. Upstairs there are two cosy bedrooms with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and two single beds (90 x 200 cm). An open wooden staircase leads from one of the bedrooms to the small attic studio with two further beds (90 x 200 cm). The second television is also located there. The house has gas central heating. With the exception of the storeroom, all rooms and corridors are fitted with radiators.
From the living room you have access to the terrace and the garden. There is garden furniture for six people. The garden is fenced. The free car park is located in front of the house.
The North Sea Service Card is valid in the health resorts of Dornum - Dornumersiel - NeĂmersiel, Esens-Bensersiel, Neuharlingersiel, Werdum, Carolinensiel-Harlesiel, Dangast, Wangerland, Greetsiel-Krummhörn and has replaced the classic health resort card. Free access to all sandy and green beaches in all seaside resorts on the North Sea coast of Lower Saxony (exception: Cuxhaven), heated outdoor seawater pool in Dornumersiel, I, dog walking trail on the dyke and by the water in Dornumersiel, small children's play paradise "Bambiniland" in the "Reethaus am Meer", mini disco in the Doroness children's club, play barn in the "Reethaus am Meer" as well as beach entertainment and beach gymnastics. WLAN is available free of charge.
NeĂmersiel is an up-and-coming seaside resort, located directly on the dyke and only 1.5 kilometres from the sandy beach. There you will find 250 beach chairs, a playground, a restaurant with sun terrace and a clear view of the East Frisian islands of Baltrum and Norderney. Nessmersiel has a separate beach for families with dogs. You can book boat trips from the harbour or take the ferry to Baltrum. The town itself offers a healthy infrastructure, you can get your bread rolls on foot in the morning, have a delicious meal in one of the many restaurants (with a beer garden in summer) in the evening or just have a beer. The unique leisure centre "Sturmfrei", a bike hire, a kite meadow, a canoe hire, a petrol station with cash machine, a sauna and a fitness studio round off the leisure fun. At low tide, you can go on a guided mudflat hike to the islands. Look forward to the healthy stimulating climate of the North Sea. Around 40 kilometres of inline skating/cycling paths along the dykes and a wide range of excursions in East Frisia will make your holiday a varied experience. There is also a wellness area. Massage, sauna and plunge pool are offered. Aerobics, dance sports, yoga, meditation, autogenic training and art seminars are offered in the studio.
